Luthans is the first scholar who studies psychological capital systematically.He thinks that psychological capital is a kind of positive psychological state that individuals show in the process of growth and development.Its elements include known self-efficacy,optimism,hope and resilience,as well as some potential psychological qualities.He has carried out in-depth measurement and development of the role,influencing factors and psychological capital We have achieved fruitful results.On the basis of literature review,this paper holds that the theoretical basis of psychological capital is capital theory,positive psychology and positive organizational behavior,and puts forward the definition and characteristics of College Students' psychological capital.This paper agrees with Ke Jianglin's point of view that college students' psychological capital is an internal positive psychological force that can promote the growth of college students.It is of great significance to promote mental health,enhance employment competitiveness,and tap individual potential.It is also believed that college students' psychological capital is composed of transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital.Transactional psychological capital includes confidence,courage,optimism and hope.The interpersonal psychological capital includes four factors:humility,honesty,tolerance and forgiveness,respect and courtesy,gratitude and dedication.In this paper,the psychological capital of Undergraduates in Lanzhou University,Northwest Normal University,Lanzhou Jiaotong University,Gansu University of political science and law,Gansu Agricultural University and other five universities was investigated by using the self-assessment scale of psychological capital of undergraduates by Ke Jianglin.The results show that there are no differences in the source of students,whether they are the only child,subject background,etc.there are significant differences in gender,grade,school,whether they are student cadres and participate in community activities.The transactional psychological capital of male college students is significantly higher than that of female college students;the psychological capital of sophomores is the highest,significantly higher than that of senior four and senior one;the overall psychological capital and transactional psychological capital of Undergraduates of Lanzhou University are the highest,and the overall psychological capital and transactional psychological capital of Undergraduates of Lanzhou Jiaotong University are the lowest,and there are significant differences between the two schools;college students who are student cadres The total psychological capital and transactional psychological capital of students were significantly higher than those of students who were not cadres.The scores of total psychological capital,transactional psychological capital,interpersonal psychological capital and their eight sub dimensions of college students participating in community activities are higher than those of college students not participating in community activities.Except for the three dimensions of optimistic hope,tenacity and tenacity,modesty,honesty and stability,there is no significant difference in other dimensions.This paper analyzes the possible reasons for the differences of College Students' psychological capital.On the basis of empirical research,combined with literature research,this paper puts forward targeted strategies on how to cultivate college students' psychological capital,and suggests that schools,families and individual college students work together.First of all,the school should fully realize the importance of psychological capital for the growth of college students.In view of the fact that the level of psychological capital of college students is only in the upper middle level,it is necessary to further strengthen the cultivation of psychological capital of college students.The school should adhere to the principle of adjusting measures to the school and people's conditions,and build an education system of "all-round education".First of all,give full play to the role of the main channel of classroom teaching,let all courses such as ideological and political theory courses,basic courses,professional courses,psychological education courses and career planning courses work in the same direction and at the same frequency in cultivating the psychological capital of college students;Secondly,improve the quality of the main body of school education by improving the quality of counselors and enhancing the charm of teachers' personality;Thirdly,carry out a colorful school Campus culture plays an important role in the cultivation of psychological capital,such as garden activities,gratitude education and harmonious interpersonal relationship.Parents should establish the scientific concept of "teaching is better than words","adults are more important than talents" and establish a harmonious parent-child relationship by unconditionally accepting children and creating a warm family atmosphere,so as to provide support for the cultivation of College Students' psychological capital.College students should play their own subjective and dynamic role,establish reasonable cognition,improve achievement motivation and optimize personality characteristics,and constantly improve the level of psychological capital.
