In September 2016,the Ministry of Education announced the "China Student Development Core Literacy" to formally define the framework,dimensions and indicators for students to develop core literacy.After the mathematics educators studied the essence of mathematics,the Ministry of Education finally determined the core literacy of the six major mathematics disciplines,and the operational literacy is among them.The role and status of mathematical operational literacy in the entire mathematics education is self-evident.Therefore,investigating the current status of high school students' operational literacy level is especially important for teachers to master student learning,improve mathematics learning efficiency,and improve mathematics classroom teaching.Considering that the trigonometric function is one of the important contents of high school mathematics,involving a large number of mathematical operations,the author relies on the trigonometric function to investigate the current situation of the numeracy level of the students in Xining.This paper is divided into six chapters in turn,the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,purpose,content,significance and methods used in the research.Chapter 2 is a literature review.Firstly,the related concepts involved in this study are defined.Then,the existing researches on core literacy,mathematical literacy and mathematical literacy are reviewed from both foreign and domestic aspects.Summarize and determine the specific division of operational literacy levels based on existing research.The third chapter is the investigation of the status quo of high school students' operational literacy level.Through the analysis of the knowledge points of the trigonometric function,the final questionnaire is designed and determined.Chapter 4 is an analysis of the current status of high school students' operational literacy level and is one of the core chapters of this paper.Through the use of mathematical statistics,this chapter conducts an overall analysis of the questionnaire,and then through the six aspects of the original question presentation,test site narrative,student answer analysis,correct answer process,student typical error analysis,and teaching coping strategies.Each question in the test volume is analyzed one by one,and based on the analysis results,the reasons for affecting the current level of high school students'operational literacy are obtained.The fifth chapter is to analyze the strategy,case and practice results of high school students' mathematics numeracy level,which is another core content of this paper.According to the survey and analysis results of the previous chapter,the author summarizes 10 strategies for cultivating students' literacy level from two levels,and designs two typical teaching cases in the trigonometric function chapter through six aspects of operational literacy.It is helpful for the teaching of frontline teachers.In this chapter,the author also applies the conclusions obtained in practice,and makes a comparative analysis of the teaching practice results in a timely manner,and concludes that the improved teaching strategy can improve the students' operational literacy level.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and reflection of the research,combing the conclusions obtained in this paper and reflecting on the shortcomings in the writing process.
