Mathematical knowledge is an important tool to study physical problems,and the characteristics of mathematics make the research process,reasoning process and logical relationship of physical problems more rigorous,being conducive to the cultivation of the key competencies of physics.The comprehensive examination questions that combine physical problems with the knowledge of mathematics are bound to appear in today's physical tests.Students cannot work out such problems for not being able to combine math and physics in a flexible way.Therefore,in senior high school physics teaching,the teachers must pay attention to cultivating students'ability to solve physics problems by applying mathematics knowledge.In daily teaching,the teachers should think about how to combine mathematics knowledge and physics problems properly.Through the questionnaire survey on the students,the author understands the importance of mathematics knowledge to students' physics learning,the current situation of teachers' infiltration of mathematics knowledge in physics class,as well as students' demand for mathematics knowledge in physics course.Through the interview with the teachers,the author gets to know students' mathematics ability level,the methods and measures taken by the teachers in response to the mathematics knowledge used in the physics class,as well as the difficulties encountered in infiltrating the mathematics knowledge in the physics class.Through the analysis of data and interviews,this paper summarizes the current situation of mathematical knowledge in the process of physics learning,and summarizes three teaching strategies.First,from the perspective of teachers,this paper studies the application of mathematical knowledge in physics,and analyzes the connection between physical problems and mathematical knowledge.Second,during the daily class,the teachers and students should attach importance to the application of mathematical knowledge.After class,it is encouraged to carry out the self-exploration learning of applying mathematics knowledge to solve physical problems.Practice shows that the teachers should strengthen the study of all kinds of physical problems needed to be solved by mathematical knowledge,and the combination of the two subjects should be more flexible when applying mathematical knowledge in the process of physics teaching.By teachers' paying attention to the explanation and summary of corresponding mathematical knowledge in class,students' ability to apply mathematical knowledge to solve physical problems will be significantly enhanced.The exploration of applying mathematics knowledge to solve physics problems after class not only cultivates students' independent learning ability,but also enable the students to have a more thorough understanding of the connection between mathematics knowledge and physics problems.
