Research background:the 13th five year plan of youth sports emphasizes that the youth sports activities should be carried out extensively and deeply,the youth sports activities system should be enriched and improved,the contents,methods and platforms of youth sports activities should be improved,the interest of sports activities should be improved,and the attraction of sports activities should be enhanced.Suining rural primary school sports community is in the primary school campus,the main participants are primary school students,through the development of rich sports knowledge,improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports student groups.Sports associations have various forms of organization,and activities are also colorful.Activities break the restrictions of class and grade.Students choose activities according to their own interests and needs.Compared with the ordinary physical education class,students are more active in the activities of sports associations,so as to achieve better exercise results,which is a good supplement to the school physical education of Suining rural primary school.At present,the research of sports associations in our country is mostly concentrated in Colleges and universities,and the research on primary and secondary schools is very little,especially in rural primary schools,so it is very necessary to study the sports associations in rural primary schools in Suining County.Research purpose:through investigation,to understand the current situation of the development of sports associations in rural primary schools in Suining County,to further explore the specific situation of the development of sports associations in rural primary schools in Suining County,to analyze the existing problems,to put forward the relative targeted problems,so as to solve the problems in the development of sports associations in rural primary schools in Suining County,to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and to improve the development of sports associations in rural primary schools in Suining County The construction level of sports associations,the increase of sports activities and so on,promote the enthusiasm of rural primary school students to participate in sports associations,improve the physical quality of primary school students,and provide theoretical basis for the development of rural primary school sports associations in China.Research methods:this research systematically collates the related concepts of sports associations at home and abroad,learns and draws lessons from the previous research results,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to carry out a survey of 20 rural primary schools in Suining County 1510 questionnaires were distributed and 1255 effective questionnaires were collected.The status quo of sports associations was analyzed by Excel and spss20.0.Results:1.Suining County rural primary schools have established sports associations,but the overall effect is general,many schools are mere formality.Among them,the projects carried out by the community are single and traditional,and most of them are competitive sports.Some schools can open new projects and national traditional projects.The students who participate in sports associations are mainly students from grade three to grade six.The number of boys is far more than girls.The number of football,basketball,table tennis,dance and track and field associations are more.The teachers who participate in sports associations are mainly PE teachers of our school,some of them are other subject teachers who have sports specialties or hobbies,and a few of them are external PE coaches of our school.The age of teachers tends to be younger,and the highest education is undergraduate or above.2.Suining rural primary school sports association activities are mainly carried out in the third class from Monday to Friday afternoon,and some associations are set up after school and on weekends.The frequency of opening is mainly 3-4 times a week,and some societies open 1-2 times a week.The time of opening each time is mostly between 40 minutes and 60 minutes,which can basically play an exercise effect.The organization form of school sports association activities is mostly carried out according to the project.Under the leadership of the teacher,the activities are carried out in groups,giving students the space to explore independently.3.The Constitution and assessment system of the sports associations in Suining rural primary school are not perfect.The current rules and regulations mainly focus on the safety measures of the activities of the associations.There is a lack of a perfect system of rewards and punishments for teachers and students,and the school has not been able to provide the time allowance for the instructors of the school.4.Suining County Rural Primary School Sports Association funds mainly come from the funds given by the school,some sports associations can get the sponsorship of funds outside the school,a few associations to collect membership fees from students.The funds are mainly used for the maintenance of the site,the purchase of equipment and the organization of school activities.The funds can not meet the long-term healthy development of the community.The development of sports associations in rural primary schools in Suining county is seriously affected by the site equipment,which can not meet the needs of the development of the community,and the equipment has its own phenomenon,which restricts the development of sports association activities.5.The teachers' cognition of sports associations in rural primary schools in Suining county is good,and the cognition of primary school students and their parents to sports associations needs to be improved.All of these three groups can realize the importance of participating in sports associations,and have a relatively high degree of support for them.Students have a high degree of satisfaction with sports associations,while teachers and parents are generally satisfied with sports associations.Students and teachers are obviously influenced by sports associations,but the influence on parents is general.
