With the development of the times and the increase of the demand about high-quality talents in China,people have higher requirements on the development of education and the teachers need to pay more attention on their professional competence.As a platform for transfer teaching ideas,updating the teaching concepts,solving the education problems,demonstration lesson promotes the improvement of teachers' professional ability and their own comprehensive quality.Demonstration lesson is showed by experienced teachers or famous teachers so it has demonstration,innovation,practicality,validity.It shows us a complete teaching process,forms a good atmosphere on learning from experienced teachers,and plays an important exemplary role.In order to train some good history teachers,education departments at all levels and schools successively carry out history demonstration lesson,which has had some success but also has some problems such as school's organization,teachers' comments,specific implementation and so on.Some schools don't have enough experience,and they can't form a effective mechanism,which result in non-ideal demonstration effect.The teachers have less awareness and attention and they may use wrong methods to comment,which result in that demonstration lesson can't improve teachers' teaching level.The implementation aspects between demonstration class and normal class are in confusion so teachers don't have a clear understanding about demonstration lesson,let alone implement.This research has made clear the development link and the implementation request of the high school history demonstration lesson,that is conducive to playing its exemplary role,that can improve teaching level and professional accomplishment.Its development process mainly includes three steps: observation class,evaluation class and discussion class.Observation is foundation,that is the guarantee of the effective development of other links the guarantee.evaluation class is the norm,that is essential requirement.Discussion class is a process of equal dialogue,that is causes the observation teacher to ponder profoundly,that is the key to getting started.Through the interview with the teachers,the author know the concrete steps and methods about history demonstration lesson.The author finds comparing normal class,history demonstration lesson pays more attention to the selection of history teaching topic,historical material,the use of the language on history teaching,and the formation of the history teaching style.
