Establishment Of University Laboratory Security Management Information System

With the continuous development of colleges and universities and teaching fund input,each of the university laboratory equipment and other hardware facilities continuously updated,increasing laboratory of various materials such as software,these changes to the test of laboratory management brought huge,so through the establishment of college laboratory safety management information system to the reform of laboratory management mode is particularly important.Firstly,the paper determines the research goal of the university laboratory security management information system,and analyzes the requirements of the system.Secondly,through the analysis of the system requirements,the use of C/S mode and the object-oriented thinking of software development,and the system design plan for modularization,modular system function design and database design.Finally,using the system development tools,combined with the modular design scheme,developed and designed an efficient laboratory security management information system.This system has realized the user registration and login module,the laboratory basic management module,the laboratory safety education management module and the laboratory equipment management module and so on 13 module functions,among which each module below contains two to four secondary modules.On the basis of realizing the function of the whole PC terminal system,the combination of the PC terminal and the mobile terminal application is realized,so that the mobile terminal security management of the laboratory runs through the whole system security management of the laboratory,so as to further enhance the efficiency and flexibility of the laboratory management.Through the function test of the PC side university laboratory security management system and the mobile side application software established,the functions of each module in the system run normally and meet the requirements of design and management.The experiment of the university laboratory safety management information system in an undergraduate laboratory shows that it can effectively strengthen the laboratory safetymanagement and reduce the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents.
