Violation behavior is a kind of behavior that violates the rules or requirements in specific situations or occasions and goes beyond the prescribed scope,which will have an impact or have a potential impact on the normal order.It is a common phenomenon occurring in kindergartens.This study conducted an one-semester follow-up study on a middle class child in kindergarten,who has the typical violation behaviors,mainly through observation and interview.A total of 119 valid cases were collected.Through the analysis of the data,the researcher reached the following conclusions:Firstly,the types of the violation behaviors of the child in case are diverse.According to the circumstances of violations,violation behaviors can be divided into three types:violation behaviors at study,in game and in daily life.According to the motivations of violations,there are violation behaviors induced by external factors or driven by internal factors.According to the way of violations,there are direct violation and indirect violation.According to the objects involved in violations,there are violations alone,violations for teachers,violation for peers.According to the attitude of violations,there are positive(act coquettishly,explain),negative(escape silently,shirk responsibility),aggressive(lie,attack)violation behaviors.Secondly,the basic characteristics of violation behaviors in this study are:most of the violation behaviors occur in game activities,and most of them are direct violations.The motivations of violations are uncertain,the violations are relatively independent,and the attitude towards violations is radical.Thirdly,the influencing factors of violations of the child in this study are internal and external factors.Internal factors mainly include the age characteristics and personality characteristics of the child.External factors mainly include the rules,the teaching ways of teachers,peer relationships,family education,etc.Finally,in view of the characteristics and influencing factors of the child's violation behaviors in this study,the researcher puts forward relevant suggestions from four aspects to improve the violation behaviors of children:involving the children in making rules to improve the enthusiasm of children to follow the rules,improving the class environment creation to reduce the probability of violations,adjusting peer relationships to increase children's confidence in improving violations,changing the attitude of education and working together to strengthen the rules education of children.In addition,the researcher also reflects on the limitations of the study and the situation of the teacher-child relationship reflected in the study,and express the expectations for future work. |
