In the context of the digital era,new technologies and new ideas are rapidly gaining popularity and being rapidly applied,and consumers are also embracing the arrival of the digital era.At the children's education market,a sunrise industry,with the development of the Chinese economy and the rapid expansion of the education market demand,a large number of companies have taken the initiative to meet the change,changing the business model,so that their market share is increasing year by year,and their company vitality is released.However,under the same background,some traditional companies,with excellent products and high-quality talents,encountered serious challenges such as declined market share,weak growth and lack of company vitality.As a traditional company established in 2003,Y Company is a typical representative of the said companies.Taking Y Company as an example,this paper,aiming at its problems such as low sales,single marketing means and narrow channels in the marketing process of its maker education products,analyzes its main competitors and internal and external environment with PEST and Porter's Five Forces model.As a result,the author finds that Y Company has some problems,such as insufficient understanding of the competition features in the digital era,low operational efficiency and product lag.Combining the marketing 4.0 theory and 5A model,the author puts forward the corresponding digital marketing strategy,including humanized product,customer-centered content,multiple channels and online community interaction,etc.,in order to help Y Company change the awareness,adjust the competition strategy,so as to improve its product competitiveness,stimulate its vitality and increase its market share.This paper analyzes a series of challenges in the transformation of traditional enterprises in the digital era and puts forward targeted marketing strategies in combination with marketing models.It is hoped that some of the viewpoints in this paper can provide some inspirations for some traditional enterprises to try digital marketing.
