| Under the background of the national fitness, people have a higher pursuit of health, and the sports space gradually moves toward outdoor from indoor sports.Orienteering is one of the most popular mass sports in outdoor sports in recent years. In sports,it only needs a compass and map to reach the corresponding checkpoints in the order in which they are marked, but due to the terrain and the environment.Various uncertainties lead to frequent accidents during the movement. In this paper,we use the literature method, questionnaire survey, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods to study the risk management of targeted off-road sports injury accidents, through 101 people from Wuhan University,Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Huazhong Normal University.Participants in the Changsha Orienteering Association, the Wuhan Orienteering Association, and the Beijing Orienteering Association were surveyed to understand the basic status of targeted off-road sports injuries and identify and evaluate the risk factors in the campaign.Identify the main factors that lead to the occurrence of risks, and propose methods and strategies to deal with risks in a targeted manner, aiming at reducing the occurrence of orienteering injuries and providing realistic basis for orienteering participants, coaches and management departments to promote orientation. The healthy development of off-road sports.Research result:1.83.68%of the directional cross-country athletes had different degrees of injury,of which the knee joint was the highest injury rate,96 people were injured, accounting for 39.83%of the total number;84 people were injured in the foot injury, accounting for the total number of people.34.85%.2.The Pareto analysis method was used to evaluate the risk factors of orienteering. The results were as follows:participant risk factors accounted for 25.33%,natural environment risk factors accounted for 22.24%,coaches risk factors accounted for 17.56%,and material risk factors It accounted for 14.83%,social environmental risk factors accounted for 8.38%,management risk factors accounted for 5.91%,and other risk factors accounted for 5.74%.3.Using the list sorting method to evaluate the risk of participant factors, the risk value of patients with hypertension or diabetes or the recovery of the patient is 65.66,and the risk value of the body injury is not cured or the recovery is 58.07.The risk value of inequality is 53.56,and the risk value for untargeted off-road route and road surface perception is 49.23.The risk value of bad mentality such as being too risky and competing is 48.54.The professional rescue knowledge and operation.method are not mastered. The risk value is 46.97.4.Using the list sorting method to evaluate the risk of the direction of the orienteering coaches, the risk value of the training intensity and frequency is 67.89,and the risk of lack of safety protection and first aid knowledge is 65.34.Teaching and training The risk value of the content design lacks reasonableness is 62.54,the unreasonable risk value of preparation activity or relaxation activity is 60.12,and the risk value of the corresponding system constraint for the team training is 55.62.5.Using the list sorting method to evaluate the risk of environmental factors, the slope value is steep and the rugged risk value is 66.97.The risk value of sharp objects(studs, stones, glass)on the ground is 60.14.The risk value of collapsed trunks and hidden stones is 59.70.The risk value of sudden encounters on swamps or cliffs is 55.34,the risk value of sudden weather events is 53.37,and the risk value of road slippage is 47.26.The animal risk value is 44.19.Analysis conclusion:1.This study developed a risk identification table for directional cross-country sports. The risk factors of participants included 5 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,50 third-level indicators, and 4 first-level indicators for coach risk factors.19th.2.By assessing the risk factors of participants, and conducting a health assessment of participants before exercise to determine whether they can participate in orienteering is an objective reason to avoid injury accidents.3.Enhance the coaches and participants' awareness of the risk of orienteering, which is the best way to avoid injury accidents.4.The management department strengthens the survey site and terrain, publicizes the first-aid methods for common sports injuries, and improves the medical security emergency system to control the risk to a certain extent. |
