Under the situation of social development and continuous reform of new curriculum,the art appreciation curriculum in senior high school has undergone great changes in classroom teaching and other aspects.The focus of the new classroom is how to find an effective teaching method to improve the comprehensive quality of students,and "experiential teaching" is an innovative classroom teaching mode,focusing on the personal experience and exploration of students,focusing on the cultivation of students' independent learning ability.It can stimulate students' interest,make them study actively and experience actively in the classroom by changing their learning methods,and apply the experience to life again.The so-called senior high school art experiential teaching is based on relevant theories,combined with the age characteristics of senior high school students and their knowledge mastery,teachers create appropriate situations,stimulate students'interest,and enable students to obtain knowledge and experience in the experience of teaching.Experiential teaching is conducive to the improvement of students'innovation ability,practical ability and application ability.Through active personal experience,students can get the feeling of beauty,actively participate in the whole teaching process,have a deeper understanding of art,and improve their aesthetic ability.Therefore,there is a certain necessity of experiential teaching in high school art appreciation class.The main content of this paper combines theory and practice,and systematically explains the practical application of experiential teaching in high school art appreciation class.It mainly includes the following parts:The first part is to grasp the basic concept of experiential teaching,focusing on the theory of David Cooper,John Dewey and Jean Piaget as the implementation basis,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for this paper.The second part expounds the profound significance of the implementation of experiential teaching in high school art appreciation class.On the one hand,experiential teaching is conducive to mobilizing students' participation in the classroom,making them enjoy learning and actively experience the classroom;on the other hand,it is conducive to promoting the diversification of teachers' teaching ability,such as the ability to write teaching plans,explain and summarize the classroom;finally,it is conducive to improving the classroom effect.Only when teaching in a pleasant atmosphere can students' learning ability,observation ability and thinking ability be continuously improved.The third part combines the actual teaching cases to explore the practical application of experiential teaching.This paper takes the lesson of "Chinese folk art"as an example,respectively,from three angles of plane modeling,three-dimensional modeling and comprehensive modeling to experience in different ways.This application is based on the definition,teaching principles and general strategies of experiential teaching.Under the guidance of relevant theories,combined with the actual situation,it carries out teaching practice and analysis,summarizes teaching strategies,transforms them into teaching,and enables students to get better development.The fourth part is the teaching reflection of this study.First of all,experiential teaching requires teachers to carefully design experiential activities.Before class,teachers should conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis of teaching materials.In class,they should create experience situations for students.After class,they should focus on cultivating students' independent learning ability to create a learning atmosphere of active experience and exploration for students.Thirdly,we need to constantly cultivate students' experience habits,so that they can improve their ability and learn to learn.
