A Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Teacher-level Effects Of Physical And Health Of Primary And Middle School Students

The physical health of primary and middle school students is an important cornerstone and guarantee for national rejuvenation and national prosperity.At present,the physical health of primary and middle school students is worrying.Existing literature and previous field investigations have found that in terms of the factors affecting the physical health of primary and middle school students,factors at the teacher level also play an important role,and to some extent have affected the trend of healthy development of primary and middle school students.This study comprehensively uses research methods such as literature data method,interview method,rooted theory,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are used to study and analyze the teacher-level factors affecting the physical health of primary and middle school students.Firstly,it expounds its research significance,purpose and content,sorts out the related research on the factors affecting the physical health of primary and middle school students;Secondly,a three-level coding based on grounded theory was used to initially construct a teacher-level factor index system affecting primary and middle school students' physical fitness.The Delphi method was used to verify the authority and consistency of their indicators.Further,the AHP was used to construct teachers that affected the physical and health of elementary and middle school students A hierarchical structure model of level factors,a judgment matrix is established to calculate the weight of each index;Finally,corresponding suggestions are put forward based on the research conclusions and the status of physical health development of primary and middle school students.Based on the analysis and enlightenment of the research results on the factors affecting the physical health of elementary and middle school students,the related research conclusions of this study are drawn:1.An index system of teacher-level factors affecting physical and mental health of primary and middle school students has been initially constructed:l first-level target layer(factors affecting physical and mental health of primary and middle school students)、3 secondary criteria layers(physical education courses,homework assignments,teacher support)and 7 three-level indicator layers(Contents and Teaching Methods of Physical Education,Organization and management of physical education,Cultural assignment,Physical assignments,Head teacher management,Physical education teacher's own characteristics,Master and associate subject teacher requirements).2.This paper uses AHP to compare the two indexes,constructs the importance matrix of each index,scientifically assigns and quantifies the weight of each index,and finally obtains the weight of each index.The weights of the three first-level indicators in the standard layer are:0.6072 for physical education courses,0.2742 for homework assignments,and 0.1185 for teacher support;The weights of the 7 second-level indicators in the index layer are:0.5060 for content and teaching methods of physical education,0.2120 for cultural assignments,0.1012 for organization and management of physical education,0.0623 for physical assignments,0.0568 for Physical education teacher's own characteristics,0.0517 for head teacher management and 0.0099 for master and associate subject teacher requirements).3.Promote physical education teachers to participate in training and self-learning to enrich the content and teaching methods of physical education classes and enhance their personal charm;strengthen communication and cooperation between the head teacher,primary and secondary subject teachers,and physical education teachers;appropriately increase physical exercise,Adjust the ratio of cultural assignments to physical assignments.
