Implementation of the new curriculum reform has new requirements for both teachers and students.Teachers can no longer talk blindly,they have to return the class to the students.They should be instructors,organizers and regulators in learning.Students can no longer listen passively,they should be the subject of the class,and the master of their learning.They must learn and construct knowledge by themselves.Only in this way can we adapt to the evolving social needs.In order to improve learning efficiency,and change the situation in which teachers are tired and students are hard,our school proposes the Teaching Mode of "learning Plan-guided Teaching" combining its actual situation.This artical conductes a practical study on the implementation of the teaching model,relying on the actual teaching of school chemistry.Methods such as literature,teaching practice,survey,and interview are used in this study.The content mainly includes the following parts:The first part of the article introduces the background and significance of the study.The study believes that the Teaching Mode of "learning Plan-guided Teaching" has positive significance for the implementation of the new curriculum reform of junior high school chemistry,for improving the efficiency in class and students' learning ability.And it also introduces research ideas and methods.The study establishes research status at home and abroad by consulting the literature.It lays the foundation for the writing of the article.The second part explains the core concepts and theoretical basis.It puts forward opinions on Teaching Mode,Learning Plan,and the Teaching Mode of "learning Plan-guided Teaching".And states the theoretical basis of this article,that is,constructivist theory,prior organizer theory,recent development zone theory and multiple intelligence theory,making the research reasonable.In the third part,the study focuses on the five principles that should be followed in the preparation of the learning plan,and the composition and preparation process of the self-edited learning plans.Starting from the type of the chemistry course,the learning plans are divided into two types:new lessons and review lessons.New lessons are divided into five types by learning content.The article selects a case for each content,laying the foundation for the implementation of the fourth part of the study.The fourth part is the implementation process of the study.The study selects two classes as a control experiment to compare the differences in students'abilities and class efficiencies compared to traditional teaching.Through practice,we believe that the Teaching Mode of "learning Plan-guided Teaching" has played an active role in improving students' learning ability,practical ability,and in cultivating students' core literacy in chemistry.It is a method worth promoting.The last part summarizes the conclusions and further reflects on the problems in the Teaching Mode of "learning Plan-guided Teaching".Finally,the article looks forward to the broad prospects of this teaching mode.
