In order to better adapt to the progress and development of contemporary society and promote the better development of students in many aspects,China's basic education is also constantly carrying out a new round of deepening reform.The use of group discussion in the teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high school is in line with the needs of teacher-student interaction,which is conducive to giving full play to the moral education function of ideological and political courses and strengthening students' main position.It enables students to enhance their ability and emotion in the process of mutual discussion,so as to meet the needs of social reality and cultivate important qualities such as cooperative spirit and team spirit.As one of the popular teaching methods,group discussion also has some problems in classroom teaching.Some high school ideological and political classes carry out group discussion teaching,although its teaching atmosphere is hot but the actual teaching effect is not very ideal,failed to play the actual effect of group discussion teaching.The paper is divided into four parts,combining teaching case,teaching practice interview and questionnaire to explore the use of group discussion in high school ideological and political classroom.The first part discusses the significance of group discussion and its application in high school ideological and political class,including the connotation,form,choice of discussion time and the significance of application in high school ideological and political class.The second part discusses the preparation strategy of using group discussion in high school ideological and political class,including the preparation of group discussion materials,the discussion members' grouping,division of labor and the design of group discussion problems.The third part,combined with the teaching case,discusses the implementation strategy of the group discussion in the high school ideological and political course teaching,starting from the discussion process:including the brief explanation at the beginning of the group,the observation and control during the discussion,the summary induction and the feedback evaluation and so on.The fourth part puts forward several points that need to be paid attention to in the teaching of group discussion in high school ideological and political class,including rational treatment of group discussion teaching,attention to the key links of group discussion,and timely teaching reflection of group discussion.
