Mathematics is a crucial subject in the college entrance examination.With the implementation of the new curriculum standards and the reform of the new college entrance examination,the teaching philosophy,examination content and teaching methods of the mathematics discipline have undergone tremendous changes.The teaching mode of purely teaching will not meet the needs of students' development,and the combination of teaching management can achieve better results.However,there are many problems in the management of realistic mathematics,which makes students learn mathematics with low efficiency.How to improve students' learning of mathematics through refined management is one of the most important things for high school mathematics teachers.Studying the background of the college entrance examination proposition,based on the actual teaching of high school mathematics,it is especially important to explore effective solutions and countermeasures.To put it simply,on the one hand,it can stimulate the teaching and learning motivation of teachers and students through institutional and humanized management,and better adapt to the reform of college entrance examination under the new policy.On the other hand,through the inheritance of the management of mathematics teaching in Hengshui.Reflect on and think about the direction in which high school mathematics education should be promoted.This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter describes the background and significance of the research,consults relevant literature at home and abroad and conducts analysis and research.The second chapter summarizes the current situation of classroom management and school management,and learns from it.The third chapter is the part of the problem.Through the teaching experience of the author who has participated in the work for six years and the questionnaire and data survey,the problems still existing in the teaching management are found.The fourth chapter is to analyze the countermeasures against the problem and make recommendations.The fifth chapter is a summary and reflection on this research.In recent years,Hengshui High School where the author' works at has been known throughout the country for its excellent college entrance examination results and refined management.Not only in the management of students' moral education,the management of teaching is also superb to the extreme,good methods emerge in an endless stream,and continue to update and surpass the past,and achieved tangible results.Based on the teaching practice,this paper studies practical and effective management strategies in practice and learning according to the teaching practice,promotes students' active learning behavior,creates a positive classroom learning atmosphere,and maximizes classroom efficiency.People are keen to comment on Hengshui High School from all angles,but they don't know much about the efforts and hardships of the teachers behind them.I aim to show the real working conditions of the mathematics teachers in the real world through the actual situation.The achievement of the achievements is inseparable from the extraordinary.Pay.The innovation of the thesis lies in not only studying the classroom and teaching,but also combining the teaching and learning problems in the actual high school mathematics education to explain the subject management,and at the same time giving specific solutions to the problem,the measures are detailed and practical.It provides a specific reference for teachers' professional quality and management ability,and hopes to provide some help for the professional development of mathematics teachers.
