With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,scientific and technological innovation has become an important driving force for social development.Competition between countries is increasingly reflected in the level of scientific and technological innovation strength.A country's scientific and technological innovation determines its future development status and comprehensive national strength.As the knowledge base with the most talent strength and scientific research strength except the government and enterprises,colleges and universities are increasingly becoming the main force of scientific research output.Therefore,it has become a development trend for the country to establish a number of high-level scientific research teams in colleges and universities by taking advantage of talents and policy advantages.This study selected a representative university research team as an example to analyze the relevant factors of high yield.This study mainly uses grounded theory and case study method to investigate the research team led by academician Duan Zhengcheng of the school of machinery and engineering of Huazhong University of science and technology,and uses qualitative research method to code the achievements of the team in many scientific research achievements,focusing on the analysis of the relationship between the team and its academic productivity.Through NVIVO software analysis of relevant materials of academician Duan Zhengcheng's research team,it is found that the environmental factors of the research team have the largest impact on the research team of academician Duan Zhengcheng,accounting for 37.21%.The innovation ability of the research team itself is the basis of the academic productivity of the research team,and the relationship between it and the academic productivity of the team is 25.39%.The research team of academician Duan Zhengcheng not only has leaders with strong scientific research strength,but also has the key of scientific research innovation,which is the complementary skills among the team members and the cross-disciplinary cooperation.Excellent team leaders and academic productivity was 24.49%,the relationship between the team more obvious characteristics are as a team leader Duan Zhengcheng academician has many good qualities,Duan Zhengcheng academician of the spirit of perseverance,tolerance for solitude,attaches great importance to the unity team,attaches importance to the quality of practice,makes his personal charm deeply attracted team members and peers;The relationship between the team's common psychological contract and the team's academic productivity accounts for 16.9%.The team's common psychological contract with unified goals and responsibilities provides belief support for the development of the team's academic productivity.Based on the research materials,this study believes that the relationship between university research teams and academic productivity is mainly in the following aspects;first,a good research environment is the "greenhouse" for university research teams to cultivate academic productivity;secondly,the team's own research innovation ability provides essential guarantee for the development of team's academic productivity;thirdly,the excellent characteristics of team leaders promote the development of team academic productivity;fourth,the team's common psychological contract provides the endogenous impetus for the development of academic productivity.In order to better promote the development of university scientific research team,this study attempts to put forward the following development suggestions:first,to create a good scientific research environment for the scientific research team;second,to enhance the team members' own scientific research and innovation ability;third,to improve the team leadership mechanism;fourth,to establish a common psychological contract for the team.
