Since the reform and opening up,with China's strong economic strength,the level of various sports has been continuously improved,and football is still left behind.There are many reasons for the low level of football in our country,for example,the small population base of football makes it difficult to select talents,and the physical fitness of young people in our country has been declining year by year.This article has conducted an in-depth investigation and analysis of the development of campus football activities in Anyang football characteristic schools,and based on the organizational analysis framework,finds out the factors that restrict the development of football activities in Anyang football characteristic schools campus,and put forward practical suggestions for these factors,the purpose is to promote the popularity and development of campus football activities in Anyang.The following results were obtained through research:First the factors of organizational resources are the most critical factors restricting the development of campus football activities in Anyang football characteristic schools.It mainly includes the following four points:(1)the number of PE teachers is not enough;(2)the PE teachers are not football majors;(3)the PE teachers' degree of football players,coaches and referees are too low,or even no degree;4)limits on funding for stadium facilities.Second,the factors of organization and operation mainly include the following three points:(1)the competition system is not perfect;(2)the competition level is not high enough;(3)the competition form is too simple.Third,the organizational structure factors mainly include the following four points:(1)the positions in charge of sports leaders are all vice presidents;(2)the emphasis of school leaders is ideal;(3)the support attitude of the head teacher is not enough;(4)physical education teachers have insufficient teaching satisfaction.Fourth,Organizational cultural factors mainly include the following four points:(1)students' inactive attitude in participating in campus football activities;(2)lack of students' understanding of football;(3)schools' lack of construction of campus football culture;(4)insufficient publicity.And finally,the organizational environment factors mainly include the following three points:(1)the impact of other sports events,but the impact is not great;(2)the parent's attitude of support is not clear;(3)progression mechanism is not smooth.In summary,the conclusions are as follows:Physical education teachers have insufficient continuing education and retraining experience,and there are too few or almost no professional sports teachers in football,physical education teachers should continue to carry out re-education training on football knowledge,and always grasp the latest developments,in addition,there are certain disadvantages to the campus football league system,the perfect organization and management structure of campus football is not only the foundation of campus football development,but also the core of campus football development,the top-down organizers and participants of the school do not pay enough attention to campus football,as well as insufficient knowledge of campus football,will seriously affect teachers' teaching satisfaction and student participation,indicating that there will be multiple aspects of campus football influences.Therefore,only on the premise of guaranteeing the facilities and funds of the stadium and enhancing the cultivation of campus football awareness culture can campus football activities form a good situation of government led-social supplement-school organization-teacher led-student participation-parent support.Make corresponding recommendations based on the above studies:First,organizational resources should be strengthened the provision of necessary resources(human,material and financial resources)for school football activities;Second,the organization and operation should actively build an inter-school football league platform;Third,the organizational structure should be strengthened the organizational management structure and establish an effective evaluation system;Fourth,organizational culture should be strengthened the construction of public campus football awareness culture;And finally,the organizational environment should unite and work together to ensure the campus football environment.
