Headhunting is still a very young industry in China.After more than 20 years of development,there are about 30,000 headhunting companies in China,but the staff size is less than 100.The growing demand for senior talents,the strategic transformation of managers and business upgrading of most headhunting companies,and the difficulty in recruiting their own executives are the three major current situations in the headhunting industry.Throughout the country,headhunting companies,after more than 20 years of development and change,their business model gradually started from 1.0 mode and 2.0 mode,broke out in 3.0 mode,trying to explore in 4.0 mode and 5.0 mode.We are pleased to see that headhunters can continue to develop and grow,headhunting business model has also been constantly updated and iterated.This paper chooses A headhunting company which is very representative in the industry.Through the theory of recruitment and selection in human resource management theory,it cooperates with the situation analysis method in strategic management theory.Firstly,it introduces the background of the company and the related background of the headhunting industry,and expounds the current development situation of the headhunting industry in China and the headhunting business model in general.From this,A headhunting company concludes that it needs to introduce a strategic talent to help A company achieve its strategic development goals.After confirming the recruitment orientation and talent portrait of A company's strategic talents,the search for strategic talents led by the director of Human Resources Department of A headhunting company started immediately.In the process of two-way screening of nearly 1,000 people,A headhunting company successfully recruited Mr.W,a strategic talent.Through this study,the author finds that the strategic process of enterprises and the process of organizing the transformation have a vital impact on the recruitment of strategic talents.This paper also analyses the similarities and differences between the new and old enterprise strategies,the profit model on the time axis and the situation analysis of the two strategic business models.In addition,the selection process of A headhunting company's strategic talent recruitment is analyzed in detail,and the matching formula of sales-oriented personnel and posts is obtained.The author hopes that this article can help more employers and headhunters to accelerate the healthy development of enterprises through the introduction of strategic talents faster and better in the transformation and upgrading period.
