With the development of basic education reform in Our country,every link of classroom teaching has attracted much attention.Teachers' classroom evaluation language plays an important role in classroom teaching.Teachers' proper use of classroom evaluation language can stimulate students' interest in learning,and the charming evaluation language can promote the all-round development of students' morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.Using observation method,interview method and case analysis method to H three university affiliated elementary school mathematics teacher's classroom evaluation language study,through to the three teachers in-class lectures and view public class,by means of classroom observation record,for evaluation of mathematics teacher's classroom language to observe and record,by presenting the specific language examples of classroom teaching evaluation,from the ideology of classroom assessment,classroom evaluation language style and classroom evaluation language characteristics of the elementary school mathematics teacher classroom evaluation language are analyzed.The results showed that the three mathematics teachers in the primary school affiliated to H University had some problems,such as insufficient presupposition of classroom evaluation language,weak pertinence of evaluation language,and low effectiveness of evaluation language.The main reasons for these problems are the relative lag of teachers' evaluation concept,the difference of teachers' teaching experience,the lack of evaluation wit,the lack of teachers' reflection on evaluation language,the lack of training guidance for classroom evaluation,and the limitations of mathematics.In order to improve the utility of the elementary school mathematics teacher classroom evaluation language,teachers as the principal part of important efforts should from the following several aspects: in terms of evaluation concept,teachers must set up appreciation evaluation concept and diversified evaluation concept,schools and education departments to provide relevant training and guidance for teachers,experts and scholars from the perspectives of theory and practice,to give guidance,help renew mathematics teacher evaluation concept;In terms of language evaluation ability,teachers should be good at listening to the inner voice of students,improve the accuracy and inspiration of language organization in practice,adopt diversified evaluation methods,and conduct language evaluation on students according to the characteristics of mathematical knowledge.In terms of reflection,teachers should strengthen their understanding of their own evaluation language through reflection before class,during class and after class.In the process of reflection,teachers should maintain reflective communication with other math teachers,accumulate effective evaluation language,and improve their ability to use evaluation language.In terms of the subject characteristics of mathematics,it can break through its own limitations by referring to the effective classroom evaluation language of other subjects.
