With the promulgation of relevant national policies,comprehensive quality evaluation is continuously deepening.Comprehensive quality evaluation is an important measure to comprehensively deepen curriculum reform,achieve quality education,and deepen examination evaluation reform.Studying comprehensive quality evaluation from the perspective of regional promotion is not only the guide of national policy,but also the need for practice and research.Regional promotion of comprehensive quality evaluation is the implementation process of synchronous collaboration between regions and schools,which aims to promote the normalization and standardization of comprehensive quality evaluation.The regional promotion of comprehensive evaluation of junior middle school students is a systematic project,which means that under the overall planning of the municipal education administrative department,through the top-level design,implementation process,results feedback etc,in its region to promote the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior middle school students towards the standardized,normal direction of sustainable development process.In order to deeply grasp the theoretical issues of regional promotion of comprehensive evaluation of junior middle school students,the basic characteristics of systemic,full-range,dynamic and coordination of regional promotion of comprehensive evaluation of junior middle school students are explained.And from the promotion of foundation,the promotion of premise,the promotion of core,the promotion of conditions and the promotion of optimization,the basic idea of the junior middle school students' comprehensive quality evaluation regional promotion was theoretically expounded.The research mainly uses case study method and interview method to analyze the practice status of W city the regional promotion of comprehensive evaluation of junior middle school students.It is found that W city the regional promotion of comprehensive evaluation of junior middle school students has promoted the guiding ideology of realizing quality education as the leading,based on the student development as the fundamental,adhering to the principle of school-based,and undergoing the three stages of implementation of preliminary exploration(2004-2007),deepening implementation(2008-2014),reflection improvement(2015-present),the main measures taken are: municipal co-ordination,multi-party linkage,school-based action,standard implementation,typical leadership,promotion and follow-up,timely implementation,continuous improvement and so on,many achievements and experiences have been achieved,including: evaluation concept has been constantly updated,all parties attach great importance to and support the development of comprehensive quality evaluation,formed a city,county(district),school three-way linkage of the promotion mode,built a school and one policy regional promotion model,realized the combination of comprehensive quality evaluation and curriculum construction,and established a comprehensive guarantee supervision system.But at the same time,it is found that there is too much emphasis on the enrollment orientation of comprehensive quality evaluation,the gap between ideas and actions,the scientific questioning of evaluation methods,and the upgrade and use of electronic platforms,the main reason is that the depth of understanding of the concept of comprehensive quality evaluation is not in place,the inertia lactation of policy understanding and the lack of professionalism of comprehensive quality evaluation.In this regard,the study suggests that the regional promotion of comprehensive quality evaluation of junior middle school students in W City should strengthen the in-depth understanding of the meaning of comprehensive quality evaluation,accurately locate the relationship between the orientation of education and the orientation of enrollment,and improve the professionalism of comprehensive quality evaluation.Facts have proved that the regional promotion of comprehensive evaluation of junior middle school students is not only necessary,but also practical.As a whole,various regions should pay attention to the following aspects in the process of promoting the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior middle school students: At the design level,a scientific top-level design should be formulated,and at the implementation level,the linkage between administrative assistance and school autonomy should be adhered to.A sound guarantee mechanism should be established at the level,and timely results feedback should be done at the result level,to promote the smooth progress of the regional promotion of comprehensive evaluation of junior middle school students...
