Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Training Of Technical Talents In Private Vocational Colleges

behind the rapid development of the world economy and the progress of science and technology,an important factor is the combination of education and modern industrial production.Since its inception,vocational education has been closely linked with social and economic development.It plays a pivotal role in developing human resources,promoting employment,and meeting diversified educational needs.It has become a force that no country dares to ignore.The ultimate purpose of vocational education is to train skilled personnel for the national social and economic construction,while private higher vocational colleges,as a new force of vocational education,shoulder the responsibility of providing high-quality skilled personnel for the social and economic development.However,due to the late start and weak foundation of China's private higher vocational colleges,there are still many problems in the training process of skilled personnel,so it is necessary to carry out in-depth research.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to explore.On the basis of understanding the relevant theories and constituent elements of talent training in private higher vocational colleges,the current situation of the training of skilled talents in A private higher vocational colleges was investigated by means of questionnaire and interview.It is found that there are the following problems in the training of skilled personnel in A private higher vocational colleges: first,the construction of professional culture in the school is insufficient;Second,the specialty setting is not compatible with the vocational education features.Thirdly,the curriculum system is not perfect;Fourth,the construction of school training base is not perfect;Fifth,the overall construction of the faculty is insufficient;Sixth,school-enterprise cooperation in training skilled personnel is not suitable.This paper discusses the shortcomings in the training of skills talents in private higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the following optimization measures in view of the problems and causes in the training of skills talents in private higher vocational colleges: first,the school should speed up the construction of professional culture;Secondly,to adapt to the industrial development,we should set up courses in the mode of cluster.Third,deepen the reform of the curriculum system;Fourth,strengthen the construction of student training base;Fifth,strengthen the private higher vocational teachers team construction;Sixth,the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training.Through the above measures,in order to provide an optimized strategy for the training of talents in private higher vocational colleges in China.
