Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Supply Of The Elderly Educatiocn Service In Chengyang District

With the aging of the population becoming more and more serious,countries around the world are trying to find effective ways to deal with a large number of elderly people and various economic and social problems because of their output,and are committed to building an elderly education service system that can improve the quality of the elderly population.A large number of theories and practices at home and abroad show that the development of elderly education services is not only an important way to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly,but also a key channel to face the crisis of population aging.However,the development of the elderly education services should be gradual and require all-round support and services.Therefore,to explore the supply of elderly education services can help promote the all-round,systematic and correct development of elderly education services,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of healthy aging.Based on the social support theory and Maslow's demand level theory,this paper analyzes the actual situation,remaining problems and reasons of the elderly education service supply in Chengyang District by consulting relevant materials,interviewing and investigating.Through the investigation,we find that there are some problems in the supply of the elderly education service in Chengyang District.On the premise of this research,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the elderly education service,such as changing the cognition of the elderly education service,Promulgating the laws and regulations for the development of the elderly education service,increasing the investment in the elderly education service,encouraging and guiding the social forces to participate in the elderly education service supply,perfecting the elderly education service management mechanism,and improving the elderly education service supply level The level of development strategy.The research will not only provide strong support for the development of the elderly education services in Chengyang District,but also provide reference and suggestions for the rationalization and regularization of the work of the elderly education services in other regions of China.
