Study On The Pluralistic-supplied Principal Part Of The Elderly Service Under The Background Of Aging Of Population

Since the 1990s, as the effects of the implementation of family planning policy and appear to extend the average life expectancy of the population,below-replacement fertility and population aging at the same time appearing, and then the paces of aging in China are very fast. Aging of the times, making the elderly on aged services for the rapid,and the existing pension funds and facilities there is a serious shortage, affecting the quality of life of older persons. Based on this, this paper, the aged services as a main supply study, the use of multiple social welfare supply theory, explored a deal with the aging of the old-age service background insufficient supply of new models, in order to ensure the harmonious development of society.The first part of this text analyzes the present situation and the reason of aging of population have carried on the simple description, and summed up with below-replacement fertility and population aging at the same time appearing, the large number of rural-to-urban flow, the increase in employment opportunities for women, China's aging of the population will reach its peak in 2050. Therefore, how the needs of older persons and young people to achieve a balance between the pressure to appear to be particularly important.Secondly, this paper combine traditional and modern perspective, the aging of China's traditional aged service supply of the main choice, and the country's aging social welfare agencies in the supply and demand contradictions, and the imbalance between supply and demand for community services, capital and personnel supply services contradictions were expounded in detail, in order to solve the conflict between supply and demand measures of aged services laid the foundation.Finally, in the front on the basis of that analysis, solely by family, community, government, the market or non-profit organizations to provide old-age service is not feasible, because they all have different degrees of failure. Therefore, in the context of aging, the government should take to the multi-axis main supply, communities, families, government, the market and civil society organizations to play the role of aged services, to meet the different levels of the urban elderly aged sevices demand.
