Tonggu county is located in the mountainous area in the northwest of jiangxi province.Since the qing dynasty, with the continuous influx of immigrants from the surrounding areas, the county has gradually formed two major ethnic groups, namely tuke and ke.Their struggles and contradictions in economic, political and cultural resources constitute the main line and core of local social development, presenting rich regional cultural characteristics. This paper mainly takes the famous hakka academy-kuigang academy as the research object, and through the research on the development process of kuigang academy in the qing dynasty, analyzes the development and change of local ethnic groups and power system and the construction process of local culture in tonggu county since the Ming and qing dynasties. The main content of the article is divided into four chapters, with a total of about 50,000 words.Since the qing dynasty, local aborigins and guest citizens in tonggu county are separated in education, with strong ethnic color. In this context,in order to strengthen the educational conditions and environment of the local ethnic group, the local guest gentry actively advocated the establishment of colleges on the basis of the original private schools and social studies, which promoted the birth of kui kwong college.Kui kwong college was founded in the 18th year of daoguang(1838).The college is located in kui kwong hall,a social school for local students. After the establishment of kui kwong college, the local gentry donated money and purchased property to maintain the daily operation of the college, and continued and strengthened the mode of joint education by the residents of the college, reflecting the distinct regional characteristics. After the establishment of kui kwong college, the daily management personnel mainly include the chief executive, the chief executive and the supervisor, etc.,and gradually formed a more standardized selection mechanism and requirements. The academy attaches great importance to the selection and screening of students and has formulated relatively strict rules and regulations on rewards and punishments. At the same time,in order to promote the comprehensive development of students, colleges also strive to make the curriculum design and arrangement scientific and social. In addition, the academy has made clear requirements and regulations concerning the sacrificial objects, dress etiquette, grade and specification, showing distinct regional cultural characteristics. With the maturity of academy operation, the improvement of school rules and the continuous emergence of talents, the hakka ethnic group's educational philosophy, ideology and lifestyle gradually infiltrated into the production and life of the local indigenous ethnic group, exerting a subtle influence on the local indigenous ethnic group.Kuikuang academy was one of the manifestations of educational differentiation and ethnic antagonism among the tuke ethnic groups in tonggu county in the qing dynasty, which brought double influences to the local area.On the other hand,it also caused the separation of local tuke education places, which deepened the cultural opposition and ethnic division between the local tuke people, and split the connection between the two groups, thus having an important impact on the local society.
