A Research On The Cultivation Of The View On Integrity Of Young College Teachers In The New Era

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made a series of major decision-making arrangements for the development of higher education,ideological and political work in universities,and the construction of teachers in colleges.Good achievements have also been made in the construction of teachers' morality and overall quality.In the new era,to build a socialist country with a strong education and run a satisfactory education for the people,we must insist on strengthening the teachers before rejuvenating the country.Teacher ethics is the foundation of teachers,and integrity is the foundation of ethics.The high-quality development of higher education and the actual demand of the country for outstanding talents place higher demands on the ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities.The cultivation of integrity values is an important part of the construction of teacher ethics.College young teachers are the largest,most dynamic and innovative group of contemporary college teachers.Their integrity values are related to the improvement of the overall quality of teachers,the construction of a good style of study in colleges and universities,and the healthy growth of college students.Based on the existing research results,combined with the spirit of the relevant documents of the central government and the background of the times,this paper hopes to carry out a systematic study on the cultivation of the integrity values of young teachers in colleges and universities,in order to improve the honesty awareness of young teachers in colleges and universities,and let them adhere to the principle of honesty in life and study,internalize it into conscious honesty behavior.This article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is mainly about the topic selection background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and research methods and possible innovations.The second chapter is the analysis of the concepts related to the integrity values of young teachers in colleges and universities,including the interpretation of the new era and the definition of the concept of young teachers in colleges and universities,integrity values and integrity values of young teachers in colleges and universities.Chapter Three is the study of the necessity and possibility of cultivating the integrity of young teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.The research reveals the necessity from three perspectives:building a high-quality teaching staff,guiding the healthy growth of college students,implementing the task of building morality and cultivating people,adhering to the direction of socialist school running and leading the construction of spiritual civilization with the socialist core values.It also reveals the possibility from the government's high attention,the rich nourishment of the excellent traditional Chinese culture of integrity and the young teachers' pursuit of the best spiritual realm.The fourth chapter is about the problems and causes of the integrity values of young teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.The problems focus on the two aspects of teaching honesty and academic honesty.The loss of academic honesty is more specifically divided into academic misconduct,the unhealthy trend in the evaluation of professional titles and the phenomenon of fraud in project application.The reasons are as follows from the influence of market economic environment and culture environment,the shortcomings in the design of related institutions for scientific research evaluation,and the insufficient self-cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities.The fifth chapter is an effective way to cultivate the honesty values of young teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,mainly from the four aspects of education guidance,system construction,environment improvement and self cultivation The way to cultivate the honesty value of young college teachers is to help them form the honesty value and practice the honesty value.
