Study On Training The Judging Ability Of Basketball Referees In Taiyuan City

With the continuous development of basketball in China,the state also pays more and more attention to the cultivation of basketball youth reserve talents,and has invested a lot of manpower,material and financial resources in the cultivation of youth basketball teams.It is also in this general environment that primary school basketball in our country has been well developed,and small basketball games have been organized all over the country,greatly increasing the enthusiasm of primary school students to participate in basketball.The long-term development of small basketball can not only improve the reserve of basketball reserve talents in China,but also improve the physical fitness of primary school students and strengthen their physical fitness.This article takes the referee's ruling ability of the Taiyuan small basketball game in 2019 as the research object.Through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and interview method,the status of the ruling ability of small basketball referees in Taiyuan City was investigated and analyzed.Conclusion:(1)The team of basketball referees in taiyuan city mainly comes from the students and teachers of various universities,and the length of tenure is concentrated in 2 to 3 years.(2)Taiyuan city has not been specially trained for the young basketball referee,so it needs to rely on the national basketball referee training system,but there is a long training period;The training frequency is small,the time is short,the form issimple and so on.(3)Little basketball referees in taiyuan city have a poor ability to learn independently,so their enthusiasm to learn basketball rules and referee laws needs to be improved,and they lack relevant learning means.(4)The training of little basketball referee in taiyuan city is not well combined with professional referee theory knowledge and on-the-spot referee training.The accuracy of penalty is the most important training content for the little basketball referee.The basic skill of the judge is the main part of the training of the little basketball judge.The little basketball referee has little chance to learn in person.Suggestions:(1)Promote the diversified development of little basketball referees in taiyuan city,so that more young PE teachers in primary and secondary schools can participate in it,and appropriately improve the length of tenure of little basketball referees.(2)In order to promote the rapid growth of little basketball referees,it is of great significance to improve the team of little basketball referees in taiyuan city.(3)Make full use of advanced information means,such as CAI software application,video recording and multimedia courseware,to carry on the study of theory and practice,train and promote the enthusiasm of basketball referees in taiyuan city.(4)In a small basketball referees of cutting ability training in the process,should focus on the basic quality education,the theoretical knowledge training and face the cutting ability of the combination of,will also be integrated into the basketball technique and the referee rules of teaching,the games should be added at the same time,to promote small taiyuan basketball referees of cutting ability.
