Based on the PCK structure model proposed by shulman and combined with the new curriculum teaching concept,it is of practical significance to study the differences between expert teachers and novice teachers.In this study an expert teacher and a new type of teacher as the research object,by lu version of chemistry required a "electrolyte" as the theme,on the basis of previous literature,build the PCK comparative analysis model and the coding rules,through interviews with teachers classroom activity and coding analysis,such as probing the difference between expert teachers and novice teachers' PCK performance.The results show that :(1)the frequency of four dimensions of expert teachers is more than that of novice teachers.(2)expert teachers have higher frequency than novice teachers in the correlation of various elements of PCK.(3)novice teachers' grasp of curriculum knowledge is more mechanized,but not logical and systematic.The general analysis of students' possible learning difficulties is not specific.The application of teaching strategy knowledge is not flexible enough;The evaluation dimension is single and the method is not operable.According to the research conclusion,the following Suggestions are proposed for novice teachers :(1)based on the PCK structural framework,carry out the case analysis,and cultivate problem awareness and critical thinking.(2)deeply understand the knowledge content of concept and principle,explore its intrinsic value,and cultivate students' core quality;Focus on students at different levels,combining theory with practice.(3)when making "electrolyte" knowledge teaching should correctly understand the content value to formulate the teaching goal of the development of the student accomplishment,pay attention to students in judging the electrolyte and non electrolyte and ionization equation writing difficulties,a reasonable choice to the teaching strategies for students to learn,for students from thinking level,participation,and aim to carry out the multi-dimensional evaluation and pay attention to the maneuverability of the evaluation method.In the end,the paper reflects on the shortcomings of the research.
