| From the perspective of core literacy,this study studies the experimental res ults of flipped classroom in College Aerobics Teaching,analyzes the cultivation of core literacy in physical education and the embodiment of flipped classroo m teaching methods in sports ability,mental health and sports morality..This st udy analyzes and discusses from three dimensions: first,the cultivation of core quality of physical education discipline and the reform of Aerobics Teaching i n Colleges and universities;second,the experimental research and analysis of t he flipped classroom teaching mode on Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and uni versities;third,the cultivation strategy of flipped classroom teaching method on core quality of physical education discipline,focusing on the experimental res earch and demonstration of the second dimension.The experimental object of t his study is the "flipped classroom" of physical education in the aerobics class of class 2017 in Shandong normal university.This study changes the tradition al teaching method,applies the flipped classroom teaching method to College Aerobics Course,and conducts teaching practice test for its teaching effect.In theory,this teaching experiment enrich the teaching methods of physical educat ion courses,provides theoretical basis for the teaching reform of physical educ ation teachers;in practice,by improving the effect of calisthenics teaching in c olleges and universities,students' learning attitude can be improved,and teache rs' teaching ability can be enhanced,so that the calisthenics course can really play its role and effect.Through this teaching experiment,the following conclu sions are drawn:1.This experiment changes the traditional evaluation method and establish a ne w evaluation method: learning before class、 feedback in class 、 self-evaluation after class 、 final exam.2.The results of the experiment are as follows:(1)the performance of the pre scribed routine test in the experimental class is much higher than that in the tr aditional class.(2)the number of students in the experimental class with a sco re of 90 or more(including 90)is more than double that of the traditional cla ss.(3)The average score of Aerobics theory in experimental class is higher th an that in traditional class.3.Through this teaching experiment,the students' learning attitude is obviously improved,and there are obvious differences in learning motivation,learning pr ocess,learning results and learning environment.4.After the experiment,a survey on the satisfaction of the experimental class found that: most of the students thought that the learning atmosphere was stron g,the learning efficiency was higher,the adaptation to the class mode was fast er,the curriculum design was more complete,and the overall satisfaction was higher.Based on this,the cultivation of core quality of physical education plays an important role in promoting the reform of Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and u niversities.in the calisthenics teaching in Colleges and universities,the flipped classroom teaching method is more conducive to students' learning than the tra ditional teaching method,so as to establish a good learning mode and improve sports skills,Meanwhile,it is beneficial to the enhancement of interpersonal r elationship,and to the increase of students' self-efficacy,and to promote the de velopment of lifelong sports.The Cultivation Strategies of core literacy in phys ical education are mainly analyzed and elaborated from three aspects: sports ab ility,healthy behavior and sports morality.Through flipped classroom teaching method,the development and promotion of core literacy in physical educationcan be realized,so that students can truly implement the concept of core litera cy and realize the goal of lifelong learning. |
