| Home-school co-education is an important subject concerned by both the family and the school,and an inevitable trend to improve the level of school education.At present,home-school co-education has been an important part of school work and an important institutional arrangement in school education.Home-school co-education is not only conducive to improving the quality and level of education,but also an important way to promote the overall development of students.Based on the research results and practical experience at home and abroad,this study combined with relevant theories to analyze the educational concept of parents and the practice of home-school co-education in a school in Jinan city,so as to help parents establish correct educational concept and improve the effectiveness of home-school co-education.This study adopts questionnaire survey method,case study method and interview method,and combines overlapping domain of influence theory,modern cultural change theory and social cognition theory to investigate parents' concepts of family education,school education and home-school co-education.By tracing back the characteristics and forming basis of the traditional parental education concept,this paper summarizes the transformation and characteristics of the contemporary parental education concept,and briefly summarizes the significance of the transformation of parental education concept.On this basis,Q school in Jinan city was selected as a case for investigation.The investigation was conducted by means of questionnaire and interview,and the empirical investigation was conducted according to the three dimensions of parents' concept of family education,school education and home-school co-education.Results showed that the Q school parents education concept overall performance for the family education has a relatively open attitude,can accept others advice,or school for school education has the very high appraisal,believe that school education specialization level and teaching quality is high as a whole,home school produced and have strong willingness to participate in the activities of home school women's enthusiasm.The concept of parents in Q school is characterized by the combination of traditional and contemporary ideas of family education,the coexistence of obedience and opposition to school education,and the coexistence of optimism and pessimism in the evaluation of family and school activities.Parents of students at the same time,due to the Q school restricted by education level,deviation of personal experience in construction,the traditional concept of bondage,insufficient knowledge of education and home school concept of interaction effect,coupled with the school system arrangement,education resources and lack of innovation and social economic conditions,the national education policy,and cultural environment factors,such as the Q school students parents as a whole is not the right talent,fuzzy,education,ignoring the individual differences of views on children was associated overestimate the role of school education,negative evaluation problem such as the role of the school activities,It is suggested that parents,schools and the society should work together to help parents establish a correct view of talents,straighten out the vague view of education,establish the view of children respecting individual differences,straighten out the understanding of school education and adjust the understanding of home-school co-education,so as to promote the change of parents' educational concept and improve the effectiveness of home-school co-education. |
