Research And Enlightenment Of Community Sports Grid Management Model

Community sports is the national sports management system in the government focus on promoting and developing the important link,is to promote the national fitness project,optimization of the core of social sports development model,optimize the community sports management pattern,increase the supply of community public sports service quality and efficiency of management,strategy,to carry out the national fitness project is the construction of sports power at the heart of the action.Based on this,in yangquan city,Shanxi Province as a case study,the south ditch community governance theory as a whole,the elaborating management theory and new public service theory as the basic theory research,the period of the south ditch community grids management mode of the implementation of the status quo and the problem of the limiting factors for the development of community sports was analyzed,on the basis of fully using the experience of existing,analysis the section of the south ditch community sports the necessity and feasibility of model grid management pattern,in combination with relevant theory,empirical research materials,and some experts interview Suggestions based on the proposed period of the south ditch construction strategy of the grid management mode of community sports,The aim is to further optimize the quality and efficiency of duanangou community sports management,and to provide a practical case for the optimization and upgrading of public sports management mode in other communities in China.Taking literature data method,field investigation method,case analysis method,observation method and interview method as the main research methods,the analysis reached the following conclusions:1.Grid management of Duannangou community in Yangquan City divides the:(1)The implementation of grid management in the Duannangou community has played an important role in carrying out the work,but its service content still needs to be full,and the management model is in the development stage.(2)The development of Duan Nangou community sports has certain local characteristics,but due to factors such as the disconnection of community sports organization management and the shortage of community sports resources,the development of community sports is slow.(3)Duan Nangou community sports still use the traditional three-level management system,which has not been fully incorporated into the community grid management.Community sports are on the edge of the community grid management.(4)Duan Nangou community can use the successful experience of community grid management model to improve the community sports management model and promote the development of community sports.On this basis,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)Duan Nangou community applies community grid management to Duan Nangou community sports.It is necessary to follow the grid content and take community sports services as an important segment of community services.(2)The Duannangou community should improve the quality of community sports grid staff through a series of methods,select and train social sports instructors,and expand the community sports grid team.(3)The Duannangou community should optimize the allocation of site facilities and resources by collecting and integrating information and needs related to sports activities of community residents,and using a grid management system.(4)Duan Nangou Community regularly conducts community residents' congresses to accommodate residents' sports appeals,turning passive management into active services and ensuring residents' participation in community sports management.(5)The Duannangou community should establish and improve operational mechanisms such as a resolution mechanism for exploring key and difficult issues,and an evaluation andsupervision mechanism.
