Since the new curriculum reform in 2001,the state has gradually explored building a three-level curriculum system at the national,local,and school levels,and strives to make curriculum construction more open and dynamic.Therefore,the school-based curriculum in the third-level curriculum is gradually valued because it is more flexible,the school has greater autonomy and choice,and can better meet the actual needs of students.At the same time,with the country's increased emphasis on the subject of Chinese,Chinese school-based curriculum has gradually become a school to show its own characteristics,build its own school brand,teachers to conduct professional research,improve their business level,students get richer Chinese information,and improve core literacy.One of the important ways.How to ensure the quality of the Chinese school-based curriculum developed and implemented is a topic facing all schools.This article uses surveys,interviews,interviews,and other methods to go deep into the field,investigate the current status of Chinese school-based courses in some schools in Jining,and conduct questionnaire surveys of teachers and students to obtain relevant data and analyze primary school Chinese courses in Jining.Progress made in the development,implementation,evaluation,role of teachers and current problems:Most schools in Jining have begun to attach importance to and strive to build high-quality Chinese school-based curricula,combined with new curriculum reform,bold innovation,and strive to use it as One of the ways to make your own business card,the awareness of development is constantly increasing,the form of opening is constantly enriching,the participation of teachers has improved,the evaluation methods have been working hard to innovate,the teaching effect has beenremarkable,and it has been developed to a certain degree,and has been praised by parents and students.However,there is still a large gap in development between schools,especially in rural areas.Curriculum development and implementation are lagging behind,with a single development content,many similarities,lack of the characteristics of the school,and lack of relevant institutional norms in the implementation process.Random,no systematic teaching materials,insufficient evaluation of students,teachers lack of reflection and training.In response to these problems,the author consulted the information and reflected on the development of the school-based curriculum.The three aspects of implementation and evaluation put forward theoretical and practical suggestions respectively.This article believes that each elementary school in Jining,should develop a personalized,purposeful Chinese school-based curriculum in accordance with the local conditions of Jining,as well as the school's own conditions for running the school,and the needs and interests of students.The course content should be constantly innovated.Classical poetry,modern literature,foreign literature and other excellent literary works,Jining's local folk culture,and community resources can be used as sources of content for development,and the curriculum should be rich and diverse.In the implementation,we must formulate strict rules and regulations,regulate the arrangement and setting of courses,teachers' teaching behaviors,and provide some guarantee resources to ensure the class time and effect of the course.In terms of evaluation,we must strive to enrich evaluation methods,adopt a combination of procedural and summative evaluation,build a diversified evaluation system,and supplement written evaluations with oral evaluations,as well as student self-evaluation,mutualevaluation,and teacher evaluation.Improve the effectiveness of evaluation.Schools should strengthen teacher training,conduct lectures,expert videos,and combine self-study and collective learning to improve their awareness and level of participation.Teachers themselves need to strengthen learning,reflect more,and improve their professional level,so as to jointly promote the development of primary school Chinese-based courses in Jining.
