| In recent years,with the rapid growth of the scale of preschool education in China,the coverage rate of preschool education has gradually increased.However,the overall level of preschool teachers is uneven,and some of the problems of unqualified kindergarten teachers plague the society.Ensuring the quality of kindergarten teachers,standardizing the professional development of kindergarten teachers and improving the overall quality of education from the root are the urgent problems to be solved in the development of preschool education in China.The core of quality preschool education is a professional team of high-quality kindergarten teachers.The source of teacher professionalization is the definition of teacher professional standards.After decades of development,the reform of preschool education in England has achieved good results.The quality of preschool education ranks first in the world.Its experience in the formulation and implementation of kindergarten teachers' standards deserves our reference.The content of this study is divided into four parts: The first part is the research on the standards of Chinese kindergarten teachers and their implementation status.Through text analysis combined with questionnaire interviews,theoretical analysis and analysis of the characteristics of kindergarten teachers' standard content,practice to explore the implementation of kindergarten teachers' standards Basically;the second part is the study of England kindergarten teacher standards and their implementation status,and is consistent with China in the research content;on the basis of separate research,the third part is the corresponding kindergarten teacher standards and their implementation.In comparison,the comparison is mainly carried out in two aspects: First,what is the difference in the content of the text in the alternative to the kindergarten teachers' standards,and what are the merits of each.The second is whether the standard's executive body exists in practice,and the difference in implementation status.The fourth part summarizes the research results and puts forward suggestions on the standards and implementation improvement of kindergarten teachers in China.The study found that the current domestic kindergarten teacher standards fully comply with the substantive content;the standard implementation scale has achieved a good promotion and guidance for the construction,training,management and professional development of kindergarten teachers.At the same time,it should be noted that this promotion and guidance function is currently limited to public preschool teachers.The England kindergartenteacher standards include more types of teachers in the content,and the scope of application is more extensive;the standard implementation scope,the kindergarten teachers corresponding to the standards.The qualification education work program is complete,and the Early Years Teacher who are entrusted to become the leaders of kindergarten teachers still have the problem of professional positioning deviation,low professional level,Corresponding kindergarten teacher standards have the potential to continue to improve. |
