The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Example Demonstration In Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Example demonstration is an important carrier of ideological and political education,is the central link of establishing morality in colleges and universities,through vivid and vivid images to give positive influence to the educated,so that the educatees learn the noble moral quality of role models.And practice the spiritual power of role model in real life,promote individual moral accomplishment,and finally realize the educational purpose of model demonstration.Since 40 years of reform and opening up,colleges and universities,as an important position of ideological and political education,have cultivated a batch of builders of socialist cause through example and demonstration,and have made great contributions to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,due to the influence of many factors,the world outlook of college students,Outlook on life,values have changed,showing a trend of diversification,making the effect of model demonstration greatly reduced.Therefore,we should rationally examine the existing problems of model demonstration,seek solutions to make the model demonstration of colleges and universities advance in an orderly manner.First of all,on the basis of combing the status quo of research on model demonstration at home and abroad,this paper expounds the meaning and related theory of example and model demonstration.Secondly,it summarizes the educational function of model demonstration in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,that is,the molding function of noble personality,the guiding function of advanced value,the demonstration function of truth,goodness and beauty.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the present situation of model demonstration in ideological and political education in colleges and universities: on the one hand,the results are achieved,mainly in the following aspects: theconnotation of model demonstration is expanding constantly,paying attention to selecting model from life,and carrying out model education pertinently;On the other hand,there is a problem: the standard of selected trees appears to be partial to generality.Phenomenon,the phenomenon of simplification of propaganda method,the phenomenon of rigidity in the use of teaching method,and the phenomenon of weakness in the practice of practical activities.The reasons for these problems are as follows: there are some misunderstanding in the process of education,there are differences in the literacy of the subject,the accomplishment of some subjects is weak,and there are some negative factors in the environment of example and demonstration.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and paths,that is to say,to establish a scientific and reasonable standard for example selection and tree selection;Innovate the way and method of education to enhance the attraction of model demonstration;widen the practice way of model demonstration Strengthen social practice.
