Ancient poetry condenses the essence of Chinese traditional culture and is also an important part of the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school.The appreciation teaching of ancient poetry can stimulate students' thoughts and feelings,cultivate their sentiment,and make students get the edification and infection of national culture,moral spirit and literary cultivation in the process of imperceptible transformation,which is in order to inherit the traditional culture and carry forward the national spirit.It is of great significance to improve students' literary appreciation ability.However,in the current high school Chinese teaching practice,the cultivation of students' appreciation ability of ancient poetry is not very ideal.Under the influence of the college entrance examination,the teaching of appreciation of ancient poetry is mere form,or confined to books,and the attention to the improvement of appreciation ability is not high,which leads to the poor effect of teachers on the cultivation of students' appreciation ability in the classroom of ancient poetry.In view of this situation,this paper takes the teaching status of the cultivation of students' appreciation ability in the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school as the research content,according to the practical investigation of students and teachers,multi-channel,omni-directional understanding of the problems existing in the teaching of ancient poetry.First of all,the author uses the method of literature research to analyze ancient poems.The periodical monographs of appreciation teaching are combed to provide a solid theoretical basis for the following investigation and research.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire and interview,we can fully understand the teaching situation of the cultivation of students' appreciation ability in the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school.Throughinvestigation and analysis,the author finds that the main problems are the weak awareness of teachers' poetry appreciation,the low professional literacy of appreciation,the monotonous appreciation methods,the monotonous ways of students' poetry appreciation,and the low interest in poetry appreciation.In view of the problems found in the investigation,the author puts forward some improvement strategies from the aspects of improving the professional cultural quality of teachers' appreciation teaching,enriching the theoretical knowledge of teachers' appreciation teaching,improving the teaching methods of teachers' appreciation,and defining the status of the main body of students' appreciation.Combined with teaching practice,the author also tries to put forward concrete feasible measures from four aspects: cultivating students' perception,imagination,understanding and creativity,in order to provide some reference for the cultivation of students' appreciation ability in ancient poetry teaching in senior high school.
