Research On The Unemployed Population In China's Cities In The New Period

Unemployment is one of the common problems facing the whole world.It is closely related to a country's economic development and people's living standards,and directly affects social stability.Not only for the attention of governments,but also for the whole society.Since the reform and opening up,China has been facing the dual transformation of economic system and social structure.The original planned economic system has been gradually replaced by the market economic system.The employment system has gradually changed from "employment for all,national distribution" to "self-employment,competent people go to work".The demands of all walks of life on the quality of workers are getting higher and higher,and some people can not meet the needs of economic development.Employees face the threat of unemployment and may eventually become unemployed.The city is the center of a region.There are many kinds of enterprises and concentrated labor resources in the city,but the urban reform is often the most thorough.Therefore,once workers can not meet the needs of rapid economic development and change in the city,they have to face the problem of unemployment and become part of the urban unemployed population.The urban unemployed population is a group at the bottom of the social stratum in our country.They live in poverty for a long time and lack employment security.A series of problems brought about by them have a far-reaching impact on China's social and economic development,especially after the reform and opening up.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background,significance,research status at home and abroad and research methods and ideas;the second chapter explains the core concepts and explores the theoretical basis of urban unemployment;the third chapter is divided into two parts to analyze the current situation of urban unemployment in China in the new period.Part one starts with the three peak periods of urban unemployment in China since the founding of New China,traces the development process of urban unemployment in the new period;part two clarifies the current situation of urban unemployment in the new period in terms of the scale,distribution,composition and living conditions of urban unemployment in China;chapter four explores the origin of urban unemployment in the new period.This paper expounds the impact of urban unemployment in the new period.From the aspects of economic transformation,policy change,social urbanization transformation and uneven education,this paper tries to grasp the causes of this problem as comprehensively as possible,and expounds the impact of urban unemployment on the unemployed individuals,their families,enterprises and the state.The fifth chapter puts forward the way to solve the problem of urban unemployment in the new period.The first part clarifies the guiding ideology,basic principles and fundamental purposes of solving this problem.The second part,according to the logic of how to take measures to prevent the emergence of urban unemployed population,what kind of system should be established to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of urban unemployed population and how to actively promote the re-employment of urban unemployed population,puts forward some suggestions for urban unemployed population at different stages.The corresponding governance path is proposed to build a perfect urban unemployment population governance system.
