| As the key bearers and decision-makers to improve the quality of preschool education,preschool teachers play an important role in the healthy and stable development of preschool education,and teachers' salary satisfaction plays an important role in stabilizing and improving the enthusiasm of teachers.Salary can not only meet the basic needs of teachers,but also recognize and affirm the achievements of teachers' labor.Salary satisfaction is a subjective perception of preschool teachers,and the remuneration of preschool teachers has always been a hot topic of discussion in the field of education.Pay satisfaction has become an important standard to measure the fairness of preschool teachers' management system.At the same time,it has become an important reference for evaluating the scientific nature of teachers' salary system.In this study,kindergarten teachers in S province of central China were investigated randomly in six areas by questionnaire survey,and the valid information of the questionnaire was sorted out and analyzed.The obtained data were inputted into the statistical analysis software,and the influencing factors of salary satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in s province were analyzed by single factor analysis,parameter test and regression analysis.The results showed that sex,age,There is no significant difference in the salary satisfaction of preschool teachers between the teaching age and the preschool teachers.In the degree of education,there are differences among different ed ucational levels,among which there are significant differences between undergraduate and graduate students.There was no significant difference between other academic qualifications and the overall satisfaction of kindergarten teachers.There is no significant difference between other qualifications and the overall satisfaction of preschool teachers' salary.There are differences in the salary satisfaction of kindergarten teachers between different levels in the geographical types of the park.In addition,the professional title and compilation of the overall satisfaction with the salaries of kindergarten teachers in S province,salary level satisfaction,Compensation management satisfaction has no effect.In other aspects that affect teachers' salary satisfaction,the study found that the three aspects of job involvement,job pressure,the perception of the difference between actual salary and expected salary are negatively correlated with teachers' salary satisfaction,and they are fair in the interior.External equity and individual equity are positively correlated with teachers' salary satisfaction.In addition,this study analyzes the importance of the influencing factors of preschool teachers' salary satisfaction by multivariate linear regression method,in which external fairness ranks first,followed by personal fairness,job stress,professional title,garden regional type,establishment.Job input,nature of garden,difference between actual salary and expected salary,internal equity,academic background.This paper analyzes the present situation of salary satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in S province in central China,finds out the related problems,combines with the related theory of salary satisfaction,focuses on the factors that affect the salary satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in S province,and according to the development situation of pre-school education in s province,Put forward maneuverable countermeasures,including: to enhance the importance of preschool teachers' remuneration,to protect the legitimate rights and interests of preschool teachers according to law;Perfecting the support system of Preschool Teachers and defining the responsibilities of various departments of the Government;to formulate a scientific and perfect salary system to improve the fairness of preschool teachers' remuneration,to improve the related welfare,evaluation policies and systems,to protect the basic rights and interests of preschool teachers;Pay attention to the teacher's "hidden work input",give the teacher more human concern. |
