“Children as researcher” refers to empowering young children in educational activities,teachers supporting young children to determine research problems,and adopting appropriate research methods to explore practical activities of research problems.Under the concept of empowerment,participation,and problem solving in the research activities of “Children as Researcher”,children's roles presents a new picture.Therefore,this study aims to explain the various roles of young children in the “Children as Researcher” activity,track and record the performance of young children in research activities,and summarize the role of young children in the role of“children as researcher”.In-depth analysis of the role mechanism and role evolution between roles.In this study,the study was conducted on 38 children in the X kindergarten class,and all children participated in the study.In the whole research process,it is divided into five parts: problem identification,research preparation,data collection,analysis data,review and display.Through the five links of research activities,the performance of young children is analyzed by taking rooted theory to explain the role of young children presented in the activity.The study found that young children play four main role types in the activities of “children as researcher”: as a discussant in basic roles,a child role in a peer relationship,a strategic role,and an innovative role.The basic role of the discussant is a role that young children often play in long-term educational activities.Children play a role in imitators,questioners,evaluators,thinkers,confused minds,etc.As a researcher,the role of the discussant of young children in the activity is constantly diversified and deepened.Strategic role refers to the strategy adopted by children in research activities when they are faced with problem situations that need to be solved.In the activities,young children play role clusters such as experiencemovers,explorers,decision makers,and their own ability judges.The role of the child in the peer relationship category is reflected in the role clusters of peers,peers,and young teachers.Innovative roles are reflected in specific activities,such as self-selectors,correctors,and votes in the voting process;active tryters in the interview process,eager candidates,ignorants;children in the production activities The characters include painters,operators,competent persons,aesthetics,active performers,creators,presenters,and successful experiencers;there are emotional experiencers,challengers,competent persons,and presenters in the interviews;Error correctors,inductors,impromptu painters,digital calculators,and self-confidents;in the review and display process,there are focus,active performers,competent people,and happy people.Based on the structural perspective of time and space,the four types of roles of young children in research activities appear differently,but these four types of roles are real and mutually influential in research activities,and each has its own unique value.The emergence of strategic roles,peer-to-peer children's roles and innovative roles is based on the premise of basic roles,which in turn are influenced by the interaction of the other three types of roles,gradually demonstrating initiative and creativity.Gradually deepening the development dynamics.On the basis of these four categories of roles,young children play an active role as a whole in the “Children as Researcher” activity.In the future,the traditional roles of young children,such as dependent roles,will gradually weaken,and kindergartens will gradually implement curriculum changes,and children's research capabilities will be recognized..
