The working time of a teacher is the sum of a teacher's working time in a school,which is divided into two parts: teaching working time and non-teaching working time,which can be divided into two parts: teaching working time and non-teaching working time.In one day's work activities,teachers participate in all kinds of work activities,the ultimate purpose of which is for the better development and growth of students,but there are still some of the work activities are actually not related to physical education.At the middle school stage,the students' body and psychology are growing and developing rapidly,especially in the era of information explosion,students have come into contact with a large number of information through various channels,and some of these information are not conducive to the healthy development of the students.Against this background,physical education The teacher's work is very important and has the effect of guiding the students' psychological development and promoting the students' physical health.However,after the actual investigation,I found that physical education teachers in various schools often work longer hours,but the physical education class time and quality are not guaranteed.The structure of a class of physical education teachers,the distribution of time proportion is not reasonable.Compared with other subjects,such as language,numbers and outsiders,the non-teaching activities of physical education teachers occupy a considerable part of the time and energy of physical education teachers,but the teaching of physical education classes has a larger problem,putting the cart before the horse.By means of literature,questionnaire,on-the-spot observation,interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper studies the working time structure of physical education teachers in three counties of Lvliang City(Xingxian County,Lanxian County,Linxian County).During this period,a large number of monographs related to the proposition writing were studied,and the collected questionnaires were statistically analyzed.To help middle school teachers in Lv Liang to optimize their working time structure and put forward reasonable suggestions.The research shows that the physical education teachers in the three counties have a longworking time and a large workload,but the non-teaching working hours are longer.Compared with the teachers in other subjects,the PE teachers assume more non-classroom teaching tasks.The salary of non-teaching task in every school is not in place,and there are differences in age,teaching age,academic background,urban and rural areas,working time structure,and show a certain law of change.According to the research,suggestions are put forward as follows:(1)continue to expand the team of physical education teachers,(2)balance the scale of physical education teachers in urban and rural areas,(3)match the work of physical education teachers,match the performance wages of physical education teachers,(4)formulate and implement physical education teachers.Post rotation system,(5)establish and popularize physical education teachers non-teaching task incentives.It is hoped that this study will help Luliang middle school PE teachers lighten the teaching burden,optimize the working time structure,and make the work of Lvliang PE teachers more reasonable.
