"China's education modernization 2035" clearly proposes to promote the popularization of high level and high quality education at all levels,improve the consolidation of compulsory education,and improve the development of ethnic education.Under the guidance of the goal of "China's education modernization 2035" and under the background of the implementation of the regulations on ethnic education,it has become an important issue to know where the century-old traditional schools in ethnic areas should go and how to achieve better development in the process of educational modernization.This study banner in Inner Mongolia Tongliao city of kulun county experiment elementary school as the research object,give priority to with interview method and literature method,in time for clues,from the creation of the school early,during the period of the republic of China,until the founding of new China in the 21 st century,the school more than hundred years to the development of analysis of the achievements of the school and cultivate talented person's contribution to the society,at the same time under the background of education modernization,analyzing the bottleneck of its development and its reason.The Kulun experimental primary school is unique,and its development history is also an important part of the history of Mongolian education.Its century-long development course also reflects the century-long development course and changes of ethnic education in Inner Mongolia.Her in the process of development in one hundred,the Mongolian regional features,for the society has trained a large number of han people and flux and inheritance of the traditional culture of ethnic minority talents,especially before the founding of new China,the school education in national regions lag,illiteracy common era,the school has played an important role in the enlightenment and education civilized,still is the important base of local basic education.Under the new era background,a century-old ethnic primary school should not only be based on its own development history,but also face the future to accelerate the pace of modernization.Based on the research purposes of these two aspects,the school's historical stage,living environment,teachers,funding status,source of students change and other issues are studied.It is helpful for people to have a complete understanding of century-old schools,so as to better understand the problems they are facing,arouse people's attention to century-old schools for ethnic minorities,and let more people pay attention to the sustainable development of century-old schools.Meanwhile,it is hoped that governments at all levels can increase their support and investment.This paper is mainly narrated by five chapters in chronological order: chapter one introduces the basic situation of the initial stage of schools in the late Qing dynasty;The second chapter introduces the development of positive schools in the early period of the republic of China.The third chapter introduces the essence of school enslavement education in the period of Japanese puppet;The fourth chapter introduces the development of schools from the founding of new China to the early stage of reform and development.Chapter five introduces the development and change of schools from reform and opening up to the 21 st century and the development prospect of schools in the new era.
