| Teaching in the class is the course of interaction between teachers and students and that kind of interaction is tightly related to the using of the discourse power of teachers.Nowadays,the using of the discourse power of teacher begins to unbalance,which turns to be the possession of discourse power of the teachers and the deficiency of discourse power of the teachers.Those two kinds of discourse power of the teachers have negative influence on the development of the students' body and mind and the curriculum reform of the basic education.The Ecology is a subject which emphasizes about relation and integrity,and to some degree,the characteristics of Ecology are about equality,harmony,commensalism and sustainable development and these characteristics can help us put forward some suggestions to the study about the discourse power of the teachers.In this article,it analyses the feature and intension of the discourse power of the teachers in the class through the ways and theories of Ecology,then explores and analyses the problems,the effects and the reasons which cause the imbalance of the teachers' discourse of the power in the traditional class.Finally it puts forward some suggestions about how to structure the ideal discourse power of the teachers.First,explore and analyse the ideal condition of the discourse power of the teachers through Ecology.The discourse power of the teachers can be divided into explanatory discourse power,conventionality discourse power and individual discourse power of the teachers.The ecological factors which affect the discourse power of the teachers are the ecological subjects,the ecological environment and the ecological relations.The ecological subjects can be regarded as the teachers and the students in the class.The ecological environment can be divided into two parts which are the physical environment and the mental environment.The ecological relations are the relationship of the subjects and the relationship between the subjects and the environment.From the perspective of the Ecology,the discourse power of the teachers should have five features which are integrity,balance,commensalism,openness and sustainable development.Then,analyse the condition of the discourse power of the teachers in present class.The imbalance of the discourse power of the teachers can be studied from two aspects which are the possession of discourse power of the teachers and the deficiency of discourse power of the teachers.By case analysis,it can get the specific situations and the effects of the imbalance of the discourse power of the teachers and the reasons which cause those unbalance phenomenon.In the end,put forward the suggestions about how to structure the discourse power of the teachers.On the basis of the theories of Ecology,it can build the discourse power of the teachers from four aspects: strengthen the awareness of ecology and reform the teaching ideas of teachers;break the limiting ecological factors and set up diverse educational content;establish the ecological niche and build harmonious and symbiotic relationship between teachers and students;build ideal ecological field and offer ecological class environment. |
