The research mainly discusses the relationship between teacher's institutional power and student rights during the school educating .It also analyzes how the teacher's power inferences the realization of equal rights of student . The main part of the treatise talks about two aspects .On one hand , the treatise is established in a key word class . It discusses how the teacher's power acts on the class organization forming and how teachers and students act in the real class teaching .On the other hand , the treatise sets emphasis on another key word discourse , discussing how the teacher's discoursal power affects the student's discoursal right .The author considers that both uncontrolled factors such as time and space and controlled factors such as subjective attitude have effect on the problem the teacher's power brings inequality to student rights .During the educational practice , it is impossible for the teachers to conquer all the disadvantages to carry out equal rights of student ,but it is possible for them to realize the delicate relationship between the power and rights and try to put the ideal of equality into realization under existing conditions.
