Research On The Cultivation Of Reserve Talents For Competitive Gymnastics In Henan Province

The "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Cultivation of Reserve Talents for Competitive Sports" formulated and issued by the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education states that "the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports is related to the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of sports.The National Sports Talent Development Plan of the State General Administration of Sport(2010-2020)clearly stated that sports talent resources are the primary driving force for the development of China's sports undertakings,and we must actively promote the implementation of the strategy of strengthening talents.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Competitive Sports" proposes to mobilize all forces to build a diversified reserve talent development pattern,continuously expand the size of the talent team,and continuously improve the overall quality of sports reserve.Competitive gymnastics is China's gold-winning advantage in the international sports arena,but the development of gymnastics is affected by factors such as insufficient participation in the population and weak reserves.Henan Province,as a traditionally populous province,won the honorary record of the World Gymnastics Championship in the 1990 s.After this group of players retired,Henan Gymnastics fell into the predicament of insufficient reserve talent.Even after the establishment of Henan Provincial Gymnastics Management Center in 2010,a number of reforms have been made and some achievements have been made.As of now,there are still only more than 100 people in Henan gymnastics training.The irrational structure of the athletes 'cascade team,the difficulty of inspiring the coaches' coaching vitality,the prominent contradiction between learning and training,and the insufficient level of scientific training all affect the progress of gymnastics backup training.Therefore,according to the social development and actual demand of Henan Province,we should explore the training method of reserve talents for competitive gymnastics suitable for our province,improve the quantity and quality of reserve of gymnastics talents,and promote the further development of gymnastics projects in Henan Province.In this study,using the methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,taking the competitive gymnasts,coaches and managers of Henan Gymnastics Management Center,Henan Gymnastics Training Base,Zhengzhou Gymnastics Center and Pingtingshan City Center Sports School as the survey objects,and aiming at the acceptance ability and understanding ability of athletes at different ages,a reasonable investigation method was adopted.And to the specific problems in the training process to formulate corresponding strategies and suggestions,through the study to draw the following conclusions:1.From the perspective of athletes: At present,the overall number of competitive gymnasts in Henan is small,the reserve talent reserve of each cascade team is insufficient,the transportation path lacks internal competition pressure,and the proportion of male and female gymnasts in the province is unbalanced;The athletes of the second and third line training team are more mobile;The players who only participated in the training had good learning results,but the results of the students who were managed in three centralized forms were generally difficult to meet the requirements of the school.2.From the perspective of coaches: The total number of competitive gymnastics coaches in Henan province is small,and the number of imported talents from other provinces is insufficient;The situation of the old coaches helping the young coaches in the gymnastics teaching team in our province is good,but the unreasonable allocation of coach resources exists in the training units at all levels;The structure of educational background is basically reasonable and has a positive development trend;Most of the coaches are junior and intermediate professional titles,and the promotion of senior professional titles is limited by the number of staff;The training frequency is few,the organization form is single,there are many aspects of knowledge and practice method demand universally.3.From the perspective of training: The training time of prefecture-level third-tier teams is insufficient,so it is difficult to fix the participating time of players;The development of the training plan of each training unit combined with the outline is not ideal,and the completion degree of the training plan of the prefecture-level training point is insufficient;Compared with previous years,the number of athletes sent by parents to participate in the training increased,the social mass foundation of gymnastics is poor but the degree of acceptance by urban families has been improved.4.From the perspective of competition and competition results: The development of children's gymnastics competition is better,and it has gradually developed into the main channel for the selection of gymnastics events in Henan Province,but the development of gymnastics competition still has the situation that "the age range of competitors is not comprehensive";In the past ten years,the number of female winners in the adult group has been more stable than that in the men,and the number of female awards in the youth group has fluctuated greatly.The performance of the women 's team has developed better since 2016,and the men 's group in the adult group has not won a place;The men's gymnasts in Henan Province had relatively stable results in both vaulting and lifting rings,but the men's adult group showed obvious weakness in horizontal bars,floor exercise and parallel bars.The women's athletes' performance in vaulting and floor exercise was outstanding,and the development of other events was also very good balanced.5.From the perspective of development security: The conditions and facilities of each training unit of competitive gymnastics in Henan Province can basically meet the training needs of athletes,but the training venue facilities and backup guarantees of the third-tier teams are not perfect;There are few material selection channels,and the quality and accuracy of material selection are not guaranteed by relevant equipment and conditions;the reward and punishment regulations for coaches are not clear;the formulation,communication and implementation of gymnastics-related development policies lack coherence.In the light of the above,the following recommendations are made:(1)The relevant government departments in Henan Province issued documents and policies to ensure the entry of gymnastics into the campus,strengthen the training of coaches and the hosting of events;(2)Henan Province should strengthen the introduction of excellent coaches from other provinces,and formulate feasible policies such as coach rewards and punishments,rationally allocate resources,and scientifically coordinate the learning,training,and life of athletes;(3)The coaches should set up the correct teaching concept and training goal and pay attention to the improvement of their own ability and quality,and strengthen the introduction of high-quality athletes;(4)To encourage the relevant social institutions to undertake the promotion and promotion of gymnastics and to expand the participation population base by means of gymnastics sports clubs.
