Preschool education is the beginning of life-long education,is the basic component of the national education system is an important social cause.The supply and demand structure of preschool education resources not only relates to the healthy growth of children,but also affects the future of the country and the nation.At present,the society attaches importance to preschool education and the demand for high quality preschool education resources is increasing day by day,but the current supply and demand structure of preschool education resources is not quite reasonable,the Supply and quality of preschool education resources still can not meet the current social needs,"difficult to enter","expensive to enter" and other issues outstanding.Pre-school education is a quasi-public product and has positive external benefits,which is the basis and premise of government financial investment in pre-school education.Under the background of market economy in China,there is market failure in preschool education,which should be carried out on the government's responsibility and needs limited government intervention.In recent years,with the development of social economy,the financial investment in preschool education has been increasing,and the cause of preschool education has been greatly developed.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the financial investment in preschool education in Jinan,to explore the methods to solve the current problems,and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the financial investment in preschool education in Jinan.Firstly,this paper analyzes the financial investment status of preschool education in Jinan in recent years,and explains in detail the financial investment scale,investment structure and investment level of preschool education in Jinan under the current economic and social development.This paper systematically explains the overall situation,present situation and structure of financial investment in preschool education in Jinan.Secondly,the financial investment in preschool education is analyzed.This paper analyzes the output benefit of financial input,that is,from the aspects of the number of kindergartens,the number of preschool teachers,the basic conditions for running kindergartens,the improvement of kindergarten standards and the quality of preschool teachers,analyzes the achievements of pre-education financial input in Jinan,and then analyzes the necessity and importance of financial input in preschool education.Furthermore,through the analysis of the financial input of preschool education in Jinan city,the paper expounds that the development of the financial input of preschool education is still facing the dilemma and problems that need to be further solved.Such as preschool education financial investment policy system is not perfect,financial input in preschool education still need to increase financial input,the structure unreasonable,the relatively low proportion of public pre-school education resources,shortage of pre-school education resources are still,to deepen the direction of public welfare pratt&whitney,children need to be pay attention to the teachers troop construction,relevant policy enforcement still needs strengthening and so on a series of problems.Finally,through the above analysis,this paper puts forward reform Suggestions.Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the system construction,continuously improve the policy system of financial input,and guarantee the financial input of preschool education from the system.Second,we should increase financial input in preschool education and optimize the investment structure.Third,we will give full play to the guiding role of government funds and make preschool education more inclusive and private;Fourth,we will strengthen the construction of preschool education teachers and properly solve the problem of preschool education teachers.Fifth,we will strengthen performance-based management of the funds invested by the government in preschool education and make them more effective.
