Research On Community Conflicts And Resolving Paths In The Process Of Urban Village Reconstruction

The village in the city is a unique phenomenon in China.Its roots lie in the dual system of urban and rural society.In the process of rapid urbanization,the city's land resources cannot meet the needs of rapid economic development.The city's borders have gradually begun to expand into villages,and a large number of urban villages have formed in the center of the city.Due to historical and management reasons,City Village has caused chaos in the layout of its buildings,i:mperfect infrastructure,fire,sanitation,public security,and other issues.The residents' living environment has adversely affected the overall quality of the urban environment and is not conducive to sustainable economic development.The government has actively promoted the urban village reconstruction project to improve the urban environment,enhance the value of urban land use,and improve the quality of life of residents.Due to the dual structure of urban and rural society,the dual contradiction between urban and rural land ownership,the differentiation of interest groups,the lack of government management,and the lags and gaps in relevant regulations and laws during the process of social transformation,the contradictions in the process of urban village transformation are frequent and community conflicts occur frequently.The transformation process of City Village involves three major interest groups,the government,real estate developers and villagers.The transformation of urban villages is actually a process of multi-party interaction.Coordinating the interests of all parties is the difficulty in transforming the work.Although all parties have the ability to bargain,the pattern of power is not symmetrical.The government promotes the transformation of the villages in the city through administrative mandatory power to obtain political performance benefit.Because the capital is abundant,the developer can provide huge financial support for the transformation of the village in the city.Both are relatively strong interest subjects.In contrast,the villagers in City Village are in a weak position.In the process of interest game,all parties will inevitably lead to a series of community conflicts due to issues such as land acquisition,demolition,compensation,and resettlement in order to maximize their own interests.The end of the village in the city is not a simple process.It changes from a traditional rural society to a modern one.It must be accompanied by fierce conflicts of interest and various cultural conflicts.The conflicts have different manifestations at various stages of transformation.This study takes the X City B community town village reconstruction project as an example,using social conflict theory as a support,through field investigations,participation observations,interviews and other methods,to try to show the entire transformation process in a panoramic way,systematically analyzing the reform process in the government,real estate developers The conflicts between the three main interests of the villagers and the villagers demonstrate the various types of community conflict at different stages of reform and reconstruction,and explore in depth the structural causes behind the conflicts.In response to these conflicts,we try to propose conflict resolution paths from different levels in order to maximize the Controlling conflicts,weakening conflicts,and completely resolving conflicts will promote the smooth implementation of the transformation of villages in cities.This study believes that there are many reasons for the conflict in the process of urban village reconstruction.From the perspective of villagers,the villagers are satisfied with the current status of life and are satisfied with the current state of life.From the perspective of the government,the pre-reform propaganda work has not been implemented,resulting in the villagers' misunderstanding of the reform and causing conflicts.From the perspective of the entire renovation work,after the completion of the transformation,various supporting facilities in the community were not perfected,and the failure to implement the social security system was one of the causes of the conflict.Judging from the game status of various reformers,the status of all parties is not equal,and villagers are obviously in a disadvantaged position,and the interests of villagers are vulnerable to violations.To avoid the frequent occurrence of community conflicts in the process of urban village reconstruction,we must first establish an equal dialogue platform for the stakeholders of all parties,check the government's compulsory status,increase the villagers'negotiation ability,and establish a farmers' cooperative organization.Second,the government departments must pay attention to the propaganda work of the reform policy of the village in the city and break the closed environment.Third,implement various types of social security for villagers after transformation,and improve the construction of community supporting facilities.Finally,we must strengthen the quality education of peasants,assist them in changing their traditional concepts in order to tie in with the transformation work,and promote the smooth transformation of the village in the city.
