With the advent of education information 2.0 era,it is a new situation to combine the information technology with the subject characteristics of teaching so as to make the forms of teaching more visualized,diversified,visualized and interactive.Modern educational technology and sound,picture,animation and audio are all in one.It is conducive to the cultivation of students' independence,cooperation and exploration ability.The rich teaching media are not limited by time and space,so students can play it in infinite cycles according to their learning needs,which promotes the improvement of teaching methods.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory,cognitive load theory and educational communication theory,combined with the learning situation of senior students,this study selects three chapters of compulsory one of human education edition,i.e.entering cells,structure and function of cells,material input and output of cells,for teaching design,and makes use of letora inspire This paper expounds the process of designing and making interactive courseware by using lecora inspire17 software,and summarizes the principles and Strategies of making interactive courseware.The interactive courseware is published in HTML5 format and applied in practical teaching.Two parallel classes are selected for the experiment by educational experiment method.The scores of the pre-test and post test are analyzed by SPSS software to get the feedback of students' learning resources.Through the questionnaire survey of the students and interviews with the teachers,this paper explores whether the interactive courseware made by letora inspire software can promote biology teaching,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of interactive courseware in teaching practice based on the above research.The research shows that interactive courseware,as a new way of learning,can fully arouse students' interest in learning and stimulate students' desire to explore unknown knowledge;students can understand abstract concepts,principles and experimental processes by means of animation,video and other intuitive means in the courseware;students and the learning community can use interactive controls such as buttons,menus,directories,scrollbars,mouse moves in and out,etc Finally,interactive courseware is used in teaching experiments,the average score of experimental class is significantly higher than that of control class,and there is a significant difference between the results of a group of experimental class and control class,which shows that interactive courseware based on letora inspire17 software can promote biology teaching.This study summarizes the process of interactive courseware making,providing technical solutions for teachers who lack information technology knowledge to produce interactive courseware quickly,so as to better serve senior high school biology teaching and better adapt to the new educational form of "Internet plus education".
