With the continuous development of private preschool education in China,the social demand for high-quality private preschool teachers is increasing.However,in recent years,there have been frequent incidents of misconduct among private kindergarten teachers in China,which not only affects children's physical and mental health,causes panic among parents of children,but also causes social negative influences such as the image damage of private kindergarten teachers and the decline of the government's credibility.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the prevention and management of private preschool teachers'anomie.In the party's policy of 19 forward "in education" environment,this paper focuses on our private kindergarten teachers anomie behavior governance issues,not only helps to form a comprehensive,systematic private kindergarten teacher anomie behavior management system,can also optimize the distribution of social resources,guarantee in the garden,children's physical and mental health,promote the development of private preschool education in our country.Based on this,this paper is based on the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the governance of private kindergarten teachers anomie.Firstly,this paper systematically sorts out the theoretical basis and research literature related to the anomie behavior of kindergarten teachers.Second,statistics of our country in recent years,private kindergarten teacher anomie behavior profiles,analysis of multivariate main body participation in private kindergarten teachers anomie behavior management present situation,summarizes the governance of preschool teachers' anomie behavior governance related legal system is not sound,lack of social supervision effectiveness,private kindergartens teachers qualification regulation does not reach the designated position,some private preschool teachers conduct issue such as difference of consciousness;Thirdly,based on the perspective of government,society,kindergarten institute and kindergarten teachers themselves,the theoretical model of influencing factors for the governance of private kindergarten teachers' anomie behaviors is built.The main reasons for the governance of private kindergarten teachers' anomie behaviors are empirically studied by using analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey.Finally,based on the analysis of the model evaluation results and the inspiration from the relevant excellent experience abroad,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to optimize the governance of anomic behaviors of private kindergarten teachers,such as the improvement of relevant laws and regulations by the government,the improvement of the supervision mechanism by the society,the strengthening of the management of preschool teachers by preschool education parks,and the enhancement of the awareness of the code of conduct by private kindergarten teachers.
