"All-round reduction" is the foundation project for winning the fight against poverty in education and building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is a livelihood project that promotes education equity and promotes the integration of urban and rural areas.It is a key project for improving the overall level of school education and basically realizing education modernization.On the occasion of the closing of the "comprehensive reduction",the current situation of school sports resources in poor counties was investigated,and the actual difficulties in the development of school sports in the stage of compulsory education in poor counties were used as an entry point,using research methods such as literature materials,questionnaires,and interviews.Taking the poor counties of Linfen--Ji County,Daning County,Xi County,Yonghe County,and Fenxi County as the scope of investigation,from the aspects of policy implementation,teacher resources,venue equipment resources,and curriculum content resources,This paper analyzes the present situation and the main problems in the development of school sports resources in compulsory education in poor counties and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The study draws the conclusion:(1)The resources of physical education teachers in schools in compulsory education in poor counties are considered as a whole and basically meet the daily teaching.In the 30 schools surveyed,the total number of sports teachers was 4,but the replacement of public welfare posts or external teachers has reached the level required by the state,but there is still a need to improve the professional title structure,academic qualifications,and training conditions;The field equipment resources can meet the daily teaching activities,the equipment is equipped well,and there are still gaps in the distance standards of the venue.Physical education curriculum content resources are relatively lagging behind,curriculum content development is not active,assessment standards are simple,and the attendance rate of individual schools is not up to standard;The hardware facilities of information resources are basically in place,but the usage rate of sports teaching activities is low;Sports funds can basically meet the daily sports work,but the source of funding mainlydepends on superior funding.(2)Through the "comprehensive reduction",the conditions for running compulsory education schools in poor counties have been significantly improved."Comprehensive thinning" not only attaches importance to hardware engineering,but also emphasizes the construction of "software".Poor counties have significantly improved the overall conditions for running schools through five years of "thinning".In the process of "thinning",the improvement of sports venues was obvious.At the same time,the educational technology was fully equipped and the education information technology was initially improved.Under the premise of improving infrastructure,the construction of teachers has also been strengthened,so that quality education resources are gradually tilted to weak schools,and the quality of teaching has been effectively improved.(3)The benefits of the "thinning" policy are worthy of recognition,but schools in poor areas still have some shortcomings to solve.The construction of sports venues is limited by geographical conditions,and it is difficult to standardize the construction of venues;Teachers as a whole show problems such as age,lagging professional quality,young teachers can not attract,can not stay,and the original teachers are difficult to improve;The utilization and promotion of modern educational equipment in sports teaching is not yet complete;Teachers lack enthusiasm for curriculum development,and classroom teaching reform is advancing slowly;There is a single source of sports funding and there are problems such as uneven distribution.The main reasons for the "thinning down" of the school sports resources in the compulsory education stage of the impoverished counties are: the gradual decline of the government's poverty alleviation effectiveness,the serious loss of young outstanding teachers,the low level of parents 'and students' awareness of sports education,and the lack of the school sports curriculum construction system.Recommendation: The state continuously increases the capital investment to ensure the normal progress of sports teaching work;The government has issued relevant policies to encourage outstanding graduates and experienced teachers to teach in poor areas;Schools strictly implement physical education classes,extracurricular sports activities and sports competitions in accordance with relevant regulations;The proportion of sports achievement in academic evaluation should be raised appropriately.
