At the beginning of this century,the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)took the lead in putting forward the structural model of "core literacy".The problem it needs to solve is: What are the core knowledge,ability and emotional attitudes that students trained in the 21 st century should possess in order to successfully integrate into the future society and promote social development while satisfying their individual self-realization needs? For many years,different countries or regions have made similar explorations.On April 24,2014,the Ministry of Education officially issued the "Ministry of Education on an all-round basis".Deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the basic task of Li De Shu Ren,this document clearly put forward the development of "core literacy system" construction.Core literacy system has been placed in the basic position of deepening curriculum reform and implementing the goal of Building Morality and cultivating people.It has become the "key" factor of further deepening work and the soul of future basic education reform.How to link up the cultivation of core literacy with the first-line education at the grass-roots level is an important part of this system,and this research "the development of school-based textbooks of Fine Arts in middle schools based on core literacy" is an attempt to solve this problem.Taking the second middle school in Sanmenxia City of Henan Province as an example,this paper studies the development of school-based Art Textbooks Based on core literacy.In the study,literature research,investigation and analysis,comparative research and empirical research are used to conduct theoretical research on the core literacy of art and the development of art textbooks.Then,the current situation of the development of middle school art textbooks is investigated,which lays a foundation for the development of textbooks.Finally,take the second middle school of Sanmenxia City as an example to develop and implement school-based textbooks of fine arts.School-based textbooks are guided by the core quality of fine arts,which combines the two local traditional cultures,Yangshao painted pottery and Lingbao paper-cut,to develop school-based textbooks.In the eighth grade of Sanmenxia No.2 Middle School,experimental teaching of textbooks is carried out,so that students can master the core quality of fine arts through the study of school-based textbooks and improve the learning ability of independent inquiry.During the period of researching this topic,the author's instructor provided many constructive suggestions.In the process of implementing school-based textbooks,the author summarized the success and shortcomings of the textbooks,and tried to develop a scientific and rational school-based textbook,effectively implement the core literacy,and improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of middle school students.
