Research On The Ideological And Political Work Running Through The Whole Process Of College Students' Career Development Education

Prosperity of youth leads to prosperity of the country,and strength of youth leads to strength of the country.The growth of contemporary college students is related to the future of the country and the nation,which puts higher demands on the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.In recent years,colleges and universities have neglected the strong guiding and permeation of ideological and political work in the whole process of college students' career development education,leading to the weakening of social value orientation,the utilitarianization of career development education and other problems,and the lack of the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work.This thesis attempts to start from the perspective of the all-round development of college students,analyze and explore the mentality of the ideological and political work running through the whole process of college students' career development education,and provide new exploration direction to further enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities and promote the localization course of the whole process of college students' career development education,so as to realize the sustainable development of both.The main body of the text is divided into four parts to elaborate:The first part is to sort out and summarize the relevant concepts and ideological sources of ideological and political work and the whole process of college students' career development education,which provides theoretical basis and guidance for the in-depth discussion and research in the following texts.Meanwhile,the research background,significance,research methods and innovation points of this thesis are introduced.The second part clarifies the concept of ideological and political work and the whole process of college students' career development education,explains the basic connotation and basic characteristics of them,and evaluates and analyzes the internalrelationship between them.The third part,through reading some documents,it sums up the problems of applying the ideological and political work to the whole process of college students' career development education in colleges and universities in China,and explores related factors restricting the effectiveness of education including systems mechanisms,education resource integration and multicultural influence,and emphasizes the importance of the whole process of college students' career development education aiming at strengthening ideological and political work.The fourth part,construct a system in which ideological and political work running through the whole process of college students' career development education.This part is the focus and innovation of this thesis.The system of “running though the whole process” is multidimensional,it must be integrated consistently in the time dimension,run through comprehensively in the space dimension,run through interactive in the subject dimension,and run through practically in the effect dimension.It is necessary to fully realize the importance and urgency of ideological and political work running through the whole process of college students' career development education,so as to construct a scientific and comprehensive education system that conforms to the law of college students' growth.
