With the popularization of the Internet,the traditional industry has been seriously impacted,but also ushered in the opportunity of industrial integration.As a product of the integration of education,publishing and information technology,digital education publishing is an important method for publishing enterprises to realize digital transformation.Focusing on the field of digital education publishing in primary and secondary schools,various educational publishing houses have built a series of successful educational platforms.At the same time,there are many problems exist,such as homogenization of resources,lack of personalized services and conservative concepts in the development of the platforms.As the driving force of platform development,user needs are undoubtedly an important breakthrough point for the platforms to get out of the predicament.The object of this paper is the users and their needs of digital education publishing platform in primary and secondary schools,which is mainly provided by publishing houses.Based on the development status of digital education publishing platform in primary and secondary schools,this study analyzed the characteristics of users and user needs of the platform.It adopts the researching methods of questionnaires based on Kano model to research the needs of teachers,students and parents.The study analyzes the types and the priority of users' needs from a quantitative perspective.Finally,it advises from various dimensions of government,industry and enterprises.This study mainly includes the following parts:In the basic part of the research,it briefly introduces the research background and significance,clarifies the research contents and methods,combs the relevant research of digital education publishing at home and abroad in recent years,and expounds the innovation and difficulties of the research.Subsequently,it defines the concepts of digital education publishing,digital education publishing platform in primary and secondary schools and user needs.Also,the study introduces the distributed cognitive theory and Kano model that run through the full text.Meanwhile,it analyzes the development practice of digital education publishing platform in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.In the main part of the study,the comprehensive analysis includes three dimensions: user groups,user needs and user surveys.In the aspect of user groups,the paper introduces the types,orientation and user relationship chains of user.In the aspect of user demand,it makes a systematic analysis of user demand types,characteristics and influencing factors.In the aspect of user survey,it makes questionnaires on user needs of teachers,students and parents based on Kano model.And it analyses the types,intensity and priority of group user needs.Then,it summarizes the characteristics of users' need,and describes the problems in the service of user.Finally,this paper explores how to meet the needs of platform users from the aspects of government,industry and enterprises.
