"Chinese Healthy Physical Education Course Model" is a new course model constructed by Chinese scholar Professor Ji Liu and his research team on the basis of long-term theoretical research and practical exploration.The construction and implementation of this model will try to solve and change the current problems of "the continuing decline of the physical health level of adolescents,no fundamental improvement,not able to learn a sports skill in 12 years of physical education,no sweat in PE classes",it will build a physical education course model which is in line with China's national conditions,strong operability,it can effectively improve students' physical and mental health,and improve students' sports ability.At the beginning of 2016,"Chinese Healthy Physical Education Course Model" has started to be popularized and implemented on a large scale in experimental bases all over the country.As a physical education teacher and theoretical researcher,we have consciously joined in the research and promotion of Chines healthy physical education course model.The paper uses the methods of documentation,questionnaire and experiment,410 students from eight classes of grade two in Ganzhou No.3 Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects,the experimental group and control group of healthy physical education course model were set up.After one semester's teaching experiment,the theoretical elaboration and practical application research were carried out from the aspects of students' interest in sports learning,physical health promotion and learning effect of sports skills,as well as the application conditions of the model,which provided objective basis and practical reference for the further study of Chinese health sports course model.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.In junior high school physical education teaching,the use of the Chinese healthy physical education course model,students gradually adapt to the load of sports,their sports interest enthusiasm,autonomy and inquiry ability,sports awareness have been improved,the negative interest has been significantly reduced,the overall level of students' interest in sports learning has been improved.2.The Chinese healthy physical education course model can obviously improve the students' physical function,speed,strength,endurance,basketball dribbling speed and the ability of comprehensive application of sports skills.However,in the short-cycle experiment,the changes of students' body shape are not obvious.On the whole,the Chinese healthy physical education course model has obvious effect on improving students' health and promoting the formation of students' sports skills.3.The Chinese healthy physical education course model is simple and easy to operate.It is suitable for junior high school physical education teaching,easy to be accepted by students.And teachers are required to design comprehensively the teaching concept,the selection of teaching content,the selection of teaching methods,the creation of classroom atmosphere,the form of learning evaluation,the arrangement of sports load and the teaching of sports skills,especially the selection of teaching methods and the control of sports load.
